After an initial issue which was dealt with quickly and professionally, we had a very good service throughout. All the staff were friendly and helpful, and kept us informed of situations as they arose. I would definitely recommend them, and use their services should we ever need them.

We used Lamb and Co to sell our property and I could not recommend them highly enough. We had a very stressful move due to solicitors in other parts of the chain and Scott could not have been more helpful throughout the whole process. I'm sure that there were times that I drove him to insanity but he remained very professional at all times. I'd recommend lamb and co to anyone in a heartbeat and I'd use them again without a second thought should we ever want to move again.

In what has been challenging times to sell property Lamb & Co have been exceptional - plenty of viewings all managed by the sales team. Even when the first buyer of the property fell though a new buyer was found within days which resulted in a sale managed by Hayley Jones being completed in only 6 weeks! GoogleMyself and my partner have recently sold our property through Scott Sheen & Partners and we could not have picked a better estate agents. From the day they came to value the property, communication has been great. If I ever needed to call them about a query they would be on hand straight away to answer and reassure us. We had a vast amounts of viewings all of which Scott Sheen & Partners called us directly after to give us feedback. To top that even after we sold, Jordan from Scott Sheen & Partners has continued to call myself and my partner regularly to make us aware of anything we needed to know between the Solicters and ourselves, and also general updates. 10/10, we shall be using this professional and super friendly estate agents in the future.

GoogleI am a first time buyer and had nothing but stress from my solicitor. If it was not for my estate agent Scott price I think I would have gave up.. This estate agents will work hard for you and keep you informed the whole way through your property purchase and all the way untill you collect your keys. I would recommend any one to find houses only from this firm not just for the exceptional response, friendly people and guaranteed extra help with any problems you are having, but also I feel they have the best houses on for sale. They are honest people and I would have been lots without them... 100 and 10 percent ....
