GoogleI recently purchased a house through Scott Sheen & Partners and found the entire process to be very positive. Overall they were honest, professional, knowledgeable and reliable. What was particularly helpful was that all members of staff seemed to be up to date on the status of the purchase and this meant that whoever I spoke to was able to assist - this really made things easier as you never had to wait for someone specific to call you back.

As a Developer we 100% trust Lamb & Co and use them multiple times each year. The staff are all really friendly and helpful and have a lot of local area knowledge and experience.We especially like having one contact who progresses sales for us, so is always on top of where each sale is is in the process.

Lamb and Co really pushed to maintain momentum though the sale process. Hayley in particular was excellent in pursuing information on progress from solicitors and keeping us in touch with what was going on - to the extent that I was getting information from Hayley before hearing from elsewhere. Great service!

Had a few problem with my property. The back gate would not lock properly and the kitchen door was hard to lock. The maintenence man did a very good job and fixed the problem with a respectful manner. Would definitely recommend him and would certainly have him fix problems again.
