I have recently rented a new home via Lamb & Co ( Clacton), Joanna in particular has gone above and beyond to guide me through the process. The entire lettings team have always been polite and helpful.

TrustpilotGood, friendly and professional service
We purchased through Lamb & Co and throughout our search we found each member of the team helpful friendly and professional. They paid attention to our search criteria and due to understanding this, drew our attention to a new property about to go on the market which we love and have just moved in. They were never pushy and always helpful in negotiations including getting special requests agreed with the builder. Would recommend them to anyone. The service was really personal throughout

My husband and I recently meet up with the delightful Paris to view a new build bungalow at The Paddocks in Dovercourt. She showed us around the lovely 3 bedroom bungalow and explained in great detail everything that we needed to know. She also answered all of our questions in an informative way. We were impressed by her confident manner and understanding of what we required. A really good viewing experience.

TrustpilotThey go the extra mile 👍
Our son, recently purchased a property through Lamb & Co Clacton branch, and the whole process was straight forward with no hiccups !If we had any queries, we contacted a very helpful lady named Caitlin, who was able to keep us in the loop at all times. We were nicely surprised with a big bottle of bubbly when collecting the keys 🔑. Nice thought, which was much appreciated. 🤩. Keep up the good work !

GoogleThe team at Lamb and Co have been my managing agents for 6 years now and they are hands down the best agents I have ever worked with. Their communication with both myself and my tenants is excellent and that coupled with their knowledge of both the local market and the many rules regarding letting never cease to impress me. Particular praise from me goes to Lee Price and Coral Manning who look after my property as if it was their own.

The whole team at Lamb & Co were spot on during the process of our sale, from valuation to completion. All the team were super helpful, Hayley who dealt with the final process was great, she kept us informed of the progress on a regular basis so we knew what was going on, we had a little blip but Hayley sorted with no problems. Thank You Lamb & Co

TrustpilotWe cannot praise Lamb and Co
We cannot praise Lamb and Co. enough, as right from the start they went that extra mile, especially Jo Millar who was so informative and gave an exceptional customer service from the start, a real credit to her company, and at the same time was so friendly and helpful.

GoogleI’m a bit deaf & did some times have difficulty understanding Haley, but totally agree with David’s review re chasing for the ‘Management Pack’, which I eventually discovered meant LPE1 form. As seller it was equally frustrating to be told by solicitor it was in hand, when it actually wasn’t (or the wrong agent was being asked for it) and otherwise would’ve had much earlier notice of completion date instead of the 9-day rush!

GoogleFrom start to finish Lamb&Co have been extremely helpful with the sale of my property. Starting with Jordan making sure the house was valued correctly to get me my desired price, and on the market as soon as possible. Its ended with Hayley who was my sales progressor who was fantastic at keeping me updated every step of the way through to completion of sale. 5 star service from a 5 star company, thank you.

GoogleWe have been very fortunate to have Bethany from the Clacton on Sea branch of Lamb & Co to show us a number of properties and particularly the one that we have decided to buy. I must say it has been a real pleasure sharing our experience with Bethany, she is very knowledgeable, professional and friendly, she always goes the extra mile to please and nothing is too much trouble for her. She is an exceptional credit to her company Lamb & Co and to her profession. We would definitely recommend Lamb & Co to anyone wishing to buy or sell their property and also wish Bethany all the best for her future career in estate agency.

GoogleWe found Bethany to be professional, knowledgeable and realistic with a very helpful, friendly and personable approach throughout our dealings with her. Whilst ultimately we did not proceed with the purchase, this was solely due to the unrealistic expectations of the Vendor. We would definitely recommend this agent and only wish the house we are now buying was being sold through Lamb & Co.
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
