This is the Second Time Iv used this Company in the past Two Years, First Occasion was the Dundee Office and Secondly the Glasgow One. The Level is service is Excellent.The Online Portal is very easy to use and the Surveys were carried out Promptly.Any Required Report Amendments are Administered Immediately.On the Second Occasion the Surveyor made a Curtsy Telephone Call to discuss the Survey which was a great Touch

Graham + Sibbald recently supported the 13th Allerton Scout Group with the develop of a Schedule of Condition Report for their Scout hut HQ building. Harry and Connor who led the assessment were both excellent. They were extremely generous with sharing their expertise and offered practical advice in an easy to understand and pragmatic manner. The report was comprehensive, of a very high quality and produced quickly after the site visit. I would highly recommend their service to others. Currently awaiting a reply from the selling agent. Interested in a property for sale in Roxburgh, Kelso. The selling agent provided me with a copy of the home report which was produced by the Melrose office on 02/09/2024.The report is littered with typographical errors, duplicated paragraphs, differing floor areas, the number 'six' can't even be spelt correctly. The surveyor has listed the drainage as mains and the property questionnaire which I understand is completed by the seller states septic tank! What a joke...I am awaiting answers to my queries by the estate agent however, looks like I might have to take my own advice considering how shoddy the home report is which I should not have to do and put me out of pocket! Happy to provide you with a copy of the report I was given although I am sure you will be able to see it. I have suggested the agent reads it from top to bottom...
