Home Report Survey

Michael, the surveyor arrived on time, explained exactly what he needed to do and talked to me at the end in general terms about exactly what a home report consists of. He also explained about the personal questionnaire which I should fill in. The draft home report was sent within 3 days and I was able to talk to the surveyor about any queries I had. I felt that I received a Home Report which reflected fairly the condition of the property.

Not poor service, zero service!

Spoke to them a couple of times about putting our pub on the market, he asked me to jump through some hoops and send photos over, sent relevant links and some photos, didn’t even get a response back. (Sent over 2 weeks ago)The agent didn’t come across particularly professional, but gave them an opportunity. My gut was right in the first instance. Lots of other commercial agents out there and are now marketing with one of them.

Poor Poor service

Dominic arrived to carry out home report. He guessed the value! When confronted about his guesstimate! and showing him comparable figures in the same area, same properties he increased by a whopping £20,000 .Still undervalued. He failed to return calls ignored emails and ignored text messages too.When I complained to his superiors they adopted a couldn't care less attitude too.Once they have your money the don't care. Sold the house at a loss.

I have been dealing with Graham + Sibbald for a while on the hunt for properties and throughout my hunt, my point of contact has been Euan.He makes the process so much easier and his attentiveness is rare to find... so much so that even though I have now agreed a property with annoyingly, another estate agent, I still feel the need to give him enormous thanks.Euan reached out to me consistently to provide property updates and whenever he showed me around, took a keen interest in current operations. Home report price too small in our region. took another agency

Not happy with Graham + Sibbald. was absolutely upset with Home evaluation 30 percent less then current market asking price in our region.!!!!. Took another agency 1 week later. less expensive fee. Received correct home report price evaluation. Received offer 15 percent more asking price after being 3 days on the market. Not advices, this agency expensive and frustrating. you will loose your property evaluation and money!

Dominic from graham & sibbald carried out a home report and guessed the valuation! Only when i queried his valuation and backed my valuation it up with like for like properties in the same area he amended valuation by a whopping £ 20,000 still 10 k below market value. Still had to pay home report although i did the work.Now Dominic refuses to take calls answer emails. The office struggles to contact him too.Poor poor business acumen.Had to sell property at a loss.
