My contact was Dan who was helpful and proactive in pushing the sale forward. They were also accommodating at arranging someone to help with the garden and doing meter readings/collecting post, given that I no longer live close to the property.

GoogleCJ hole were great from day one. They were straight up and honest about how the process of buying a house from them worked. A lot of estate agents have a bad rep for telling you lies or telling you misleading information. This was definitely not the case with CJ hole. They were always there to answer questions. I would 100% recommend them.

GoogleReally poor service, spent more time chasing them, with promises of call backs etc. but nothing ever coming through. They then don’t update you on any updates on your application. Customer service is non existent and would avoid unless you like wasting your time.

Staff at CJ Hole were always easy to get hold of and very helpful. Ben dealt with much of my transactions and although there were some teething problems with getting power and gas to the property, he constantly kept me informed on what was happening. He was keen to find answers to all my (many) questions, even if he wasn't sure himself of the answer. When moving home, you want to be kept informed of proceedings and know you can contact staff quickly when needs be. CJ Hole were very efficient in offering good customer service throughout the process. Recommended.
