Wonderful letting agency. Quick, responsive, professional, but also personable. Of the different letting agencies I went through when looking for a home to let, CJ Hole was the most responsive and on-point, with quick follow-up and lovely customer service. Rose, my letting agent, has always been quick to help me and answer my inquiries - she's also a wonderful person overall. Very impressed by them all. Highly recommend.

Everyone at Cjhole have been incredibly helpful and friendly through our moving process. We have had Ben Ellis helping us with any queries regarding our new home and he has been brilliant through out. CJ Hole made the moving process very smooth and easy from my end. Really appreciate the time put into moving me in so quickly. Could do with a more personalised tenancy agreement as it was general and included clauses that were not relevant to me but overall a great company and experience.

We are renting a very nice house but have had some minor issues (eg broken loo seat replaced and now far more comfortable) and a more stubborn problem with heating. This issue was resolved with diligence and to the satisfaction of both the tenants (us)and the landlord.
