After struggling to sell our gorgeous apartment with another estate agent, we met Debbie and the team while viewing a house. Her kindness, support, and honesty was something we immediately warmed too and asked her if she would mind helping to sell the property. Debbie kept us completely in the loop with how the sale and viewings were going and within three months, we had sold!!! From start to finish CJ Hole have been fantastic and most of all, understanding :) We cannot recommend this branch and Debbie enough.

No issues with the letting agents throughout my tenancy however I experienced rude customer service moving out of the property. After moving out and fully cleaning the property, I received a phone call stating that the property was left unclean and with broken appliances. The agent clearly hadn’t visited the property or looked at the moving in inventory and it seemed CJ Hole were trying to get me to pay a cleaning fee (which I’m sure they benefit from) as I stood my ground and the agent called back 10 minutes later saying they were mistaken.

TrustpilotThe worst customer service that I have ever experienced.
CJ Hole deceived us into taking a property we were told was going to have work done to it within the next few weeks before it was ready for tenancy and then refused to admit responsibility when we took the flat and the aforementioned work was not done. The property stank of marijuana, the walls and ceiling were dirty with damage in some areas, there was rotten plaster sagging above a window and another window with a broken pane which was covered with a piece of very scratched perspex. We rented the flat for three months in total and for the first two months absolutely no progress was made to the state of the flat. By the end of the final month one of the bedrooms had its first coat of paint, and that was the only change.
