I viewed a property and was not told that the property was jointly owned by 2 people who were divorced and one of them was BANKRUPT. The sale memorandum initially only showed a lady's name and no mention of her BANKRUPT ex-husband. We were later told that the BANKRUPT ex husband was refusing to sign the paperwork and this was delaying the process. Nakita is very rude. The service was excellent and despite some hiccups (not CK's fault) we managed to get the sale through efficiently and in a relatively stress-free manor. My husband and I used Cameron and King to sell our property prior to moving to Australia. As we were emigrating, there were many factors involved and to add to this, we had only a matter of months to complete the process before we had to leave the country. The staff were amazing, in particular David Arfield who made our move possible. We had some issues along the way (not relating to Cameron and King) and it looked like we may not be able to make the sale but with David's help, we were able to overcome these and all went to plan in the end. I really do credit Cameron and King for helping us achieve our goal. They also assisted us in finding temporary accommodation between moving out of the sold property and flying which is more than I would expect from your average estate agent.
