Although the sale on my house fell through very early on in the process, the team were so understanding they deserve the highest score possible. At the start, they were really friendly, and followed all of the correct protocols for that specific point of time in the pandemic. They answered all of the questions I had, and made sure that I was comfortable in what I was doing. The house was then put on the market, and the processes that have worked perfectly, including the secure sign on I had into my own section of their website, so I could keep up to date with future viewing appointments, and see comments from previous ones. This allowed me to organise my work around upcoming visits. Within 6 days the house was sold, and I then started my search. I found the place I wanted, but then the storm hit, and other circumstances hit just as fast and hard as the storm, which meant the process had to stop. It is at this point, that the team at Cameron King earned their full score on this review. They fully empathised with me, and their understanding exactly how upset I was that the process suddenly came to an abrupt halt for all concerned helped me tremendously. So if, you are using this estate agent, and you have any issues, or have the sale pulled from under you, or have to stop the sale yourself, I can honestly say that you will not have to worry about the team not helping you, or understanding your situation at the most stressful part of having a sale fall through.

From start to finish Cameron King were fantastic. When we went to sell our property and were trying to find the right estate agent, there were no pushy sales tactics, just an honest view of the market, which was hugely beneficial to managing our expectations during the early days of the pandemic. They couldn't do enough for us and were always providing us feedback from any prospective buyers of which, despite the pandemic, Cameron King garnered plenty of interest in our property and when we eventually sold the property they where on hand to help us with everything else we needed from solicitor recommendations to assistance with paperwork questions as first time sellers. It was a genuine pleasure working with Nakita and David throughout the process and they both made what should be an incredibly stressful time an easy going and thorough process which put us at ease. If you are looking to sell your property, I highly recommend them as they are definitely the best in the area.

I recent used Cameron King to sell my flat in the process of buying a new house. They were brilliant I chose then because of David’s down to Earth honestly at a valuation and was supported by Nikita who pulled the stops out to get the full asking price. They were dedicated to getting the deal done and even when there were some bumps they took on board my feedback and got in with getting everyone on the same page. A really bad experience of using Cameron king to manage my property. They Protected the tenants deposit after 30 days of receiving the deposit moneys from the tenants. I ended up returning the deposit to the tenants even before the tenancy ended.

Very unprofessional and suspicious agency. We have been pushed to give the asking price for the property and to go with their broker!!!. They lied to us that there is another couple who give more but that wasn’t true, we have been waiting one week for answer if the offer was accepted. Such a poor communication they promise to call back but we have to phone them all the time to get the updates but they never know anything. The seller say something different than the agency everyone was lied. We have to chase up the seller our self. We lose 3 months of waiting and a lot of money as on the end before exchange the property was pull out of the market , we have been inform by the solicitor not the agency although they know. Poor poor service and obviously something passing under the table, not impressed, total waste of time. Please be aware
