Absolutely brilliant!!!!! David Arfield and team were amazing from start to end! Their very friendly and professional service was impeccable. David guided me through every step as I had little knowledge on such things, he even helped me fill in forms etc. And was always there for my questions. And they made a very quick sale for me, I can't recommend them enough, I didn't have a high opinion of estate agents before as had trouble with others, David and team have been the complete opposite and I can't thank them enough. Do yourself a favour, use Cameron King, you won't regret it !!!!! Thank you so much , you are the best!! Daz

While we’ve been looking for a property they were good. The moment we found the property there were multiple issues in it: leaks in the bathtub, windows not closing, boiler being highly inefficient and not well maintained, we have reported all of these, some of these issues as an emergency, they have not replied to us, not booked anyone to come fix it, no nothing. Especially Zayna, the person who was our point of contact, has disappeared. Once they get their rent money they don’t want anything to do with you. Do not rent with them if you can avoid.

Never let us down, I would specifically mention Gurkiran, she has been amazing throughout the process, she is an asset to Cameron king. I couldn't of asked for a better estate agents, my partner and i was looking for our first home to buy and we was calling and trying to view properties with chancellors, hunters you name it, but their customer service was awful then comes along Cameron kings and ive never looked on their website for properties but i found a home i liked so i contacted them and spoke to Nakita she asked me questions about budget, what we was looking for etc and when booking a viewing for that home, she also informed me about a couple of other homes that was also in our budget and little did we know that the one she recommended for would be our home. The process was smooth and Nakita was incredible and i can't thank her enough!! Also David was brilliant, he was showing us around the property and gave us all the information we needed and was very professional and friendly!

We asked Cameron King to sell out property and was sold within 3 weeks of being on the market. We were so excited. Both David and Nakita did a fantastic job . David was always in touch when we having huge delays caused by others in the chain and did lots of chasing which we know was not easy!  Very professional all the way through. Overall we had a good experience with Cameron King, they were friendly and welcoming. We went through a difficult chain and what would have been helpful was to have all information available before we were updated. We had a number of instances where we were told the chain is complete but then found out there were more delays. Aside from the experience with the chain, Nakita was great in helping us arrange additional viewings and communicating with our sellers and again was positive throughout the process. I recently went for couple of viewing for letting a property through Cameron King Estate Agents, though did not ended up in taking property through them due to non-availability of my choice of property and one which I liked landlord did not accepted the offer. A journey that was made easy by David. Portfolio of good list of properties for sale. I was a first time buyer, with little information around the conveyancing process. David was ready available to advise at every stage of the process and even went extra miles on many occasions to make sure the process of buying and selling is intact. I recently let a property through Cameron King Estate Agents and thought they were superb. From the initial viewing to the eventual let, they were always extremely efficient and professional, especially Sam, the lettings Manager who went over and above to assist in me finding a property and getting the let agreed..
