GoogleUpdate 04 July 2024 . Cameron kings responded that I decided to manage the property myself and it was my responsibility to safeguard the deposit . What rubbish response …. Cameron king took the deposit from tenants on 06 June 2022, protected the deposit on 14 July 2022 and issued the prescribed information on 17 July 2022. I decided to manage the property after the deposits were protected by Cameron king. And got the deposits transferred over and protected it within timelines. David, if you are not able to adhere to laws then it’s best you admit fault rather that giving a response that makes the public feel that Cameron king has operated with the best interests A really bad experience of using Cameron king to manage my property. They Protected the tenants deposit after 30 days of receiving the deposit moneys from the tenants. I ended up returning the deposit to the tenants before the tenancy ended

GoogleI cannot praise David, Kiran and the team highly enough. My house sale went through 3rd time after some ridiculous problems and setbacks. David has been approachable, very helpful and nothing has been too much trouble. Thank you is not a big enough phrase!!!

GoogleI instructed Cameron King after having a horrendous experience with another ageny in the area. David conducted all viewings himself and updates were provided. He provided me with sound advice and I felt that I could trust his advice regarding offers made and the marketing strategy for the property. GoogleWe first used Cameron King in 2011 when we sold our first house. The process was seamless then, so we went with them again in 2021. David and Nikita were brilliant throughout. We agreed on a sale in August 2021 the day the house went on the market. This sale fell through due to the purchasers pulling out in March 2022. We were resigned to losing our onward purchase, however Nakita and David had continued to work whilst the original purchaser’s stalled. The day they pulled out, we had viewings lined up with serious purchasers who both placed offers. The sale completed in September 2022, throughout the 1year process both David & Nikita did not lose an ounce of passion, in getting our sale over the line. We are settling into our new home, and having dealt with other agents in relation to our purchase. We were relieved to have an agency like Cameron King on our side.

From the photos they took to organising the viewings it went really well and me and my partner were very happy with their service. GoogleRecently got in to touch with Cameron King, to help assist me in finding a new tenant for my property . The whole process was made extremely easy and hassle free for me because everything was handled by the team. Especially Harj, who personally dealt with everything from the search of tenants, to viewings, to all the legalities. He was honestly great and communicated everything well with me . Will definitely be staying in contact with Cameron King for all my property needs, for the foreseeable future ☺️.

Very professional and highly recommended. Have engaged with a terrible solicitor and the transaction must have failed if wasn't because of their persistent follow up and the great ability to resolve issues. Thanks for all your helps!
