We’ve had the pleasure of dealing with Yvonne and Kayleigh from the lettings team to help us through renting our first home, and from the very beginning they’ve gone above and beyond for us. They kept in contact through every stage, answered emails fast, answered any question I have big or small, and overall have been lovely, friendly and incredibly attentive throughout the process! Fantastic service! I’m a first-time buyer who just purchased my first home via Palmer Snell - from the very start they were so helpful, I dealt with several agents and people during the process, and despite the extra pressures of COVID every one of them were all very helpful throughout. Some big structural issues were found with the property during the survey, so a huge amount of negotiations and back and forth had to be done with the homeowner via the agents, and we probably exchanged hundreds of emails by the end of the process, but responses were surprisingly quick and everyone was so friendly and extremely helpful for every step of the way, and everything was explained well which was really appreciated especially as a first-time buyer as I wasn’t too familiar with the whole process. Overall just a really great experience, couldn’t recommend them enough, super happy with the service and will definitely be keen to use them again in the future.
