I have been letting my property through Leaders for several years and I am very pleased with all aspects of property letting/management. Tenant selection and vetting has been thorough, such that I have enjoyed peace of mind that my tenants have been reliable. Property management has been excellent. Frequent property inspections with comprehensive reports highlight any potential problems at an early stage. When property problems occur, they are identified immediately and urgent remedial action taken; the result one happy landlord and tenant. It is some four years since I submitted my last review and I am delighted to say that the high standards within Property Management are being maintained. My current property manager, Ellie Tripp, is most attentive to the day to day management of my property. As problems arise they are dealt with quickly and efficiently to the satisfaction of both landlord and tenant. All communications with Ellie are prompt, precise and clear. I enjoy great peace of mind in the knowledge that my property is being well managed. I am also relieved at the high standard of tenant vetting and selection that has taken place. Excellent property management and reliable tenants means one happy landlord!

I recently moved in to a property managed by leaders. the customer service we received was out standing me and my partner had a bit of trouble with a landlord pulling out which wasn't the agency's fault. Ben inregards to showing us around the property and answering our questions and Lucy for following up on items and our set up renting the property.
