The viewing of the 4-bedroom house and subsequent assistance was provided by Kieran Aldous, who was exceptionally polite and well-informed about all details concerning the property we intended to rent. Our application was approved by the landlord after a few days, and the remaining process was efficiently conducted online, which we found very convenient. We highly recommend the Leaders Christchurch office for their professionalism.

Having rented a property through Leaders left me with bad experience. They are very quick to take your money but don't want to return it back after the end of tenancy. After telling they are giving back the deposit, 10 days later today there is still no money in my account when it said it will be in my account within 5 days. When managed to speak with someone they refused to tell me why they are still holding my deposit after 10 days! They have confirmed the return of the money instead of me in their website where they monitor the tenancy, which is illegal and would need to be looked at by the management. They don't respond to emails, feels like emailing to nowhere. Avoid this agency. Raising a dispute through the TDS to get my money back as after 1 month of leaving the property I am still waiting to get my deposit back.
