If only I could put a 10 stars review! Working with Kieran at Leaders to find our perfect property was an absolute joy. From the very beginning, Kieran was not only professional but incredibly kind and approachable. He communicated with us every step of the way, making sure we always felt informed and at ease. What really stood out was how he constantly went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and secure in our decisions, even standing with us outside in the rain to show us the garden :). The initial process, when renting was acceptable, they were helpful. A shame that we, people who are not on a position to buy, have to rely on these entitites that make a scrutinious search to your personal, financial, professional life and still, at the end, they suck everything you have with no reason..stay away! Don't use their non deposit option, a complete scam against tenants. Maybe better, if you are a tenant, do not use Leaders at all. Better avoid the hassle and just find somewhere else.
