GoogleThis is my first experience with Reeds Rains and I can honestly say its been a pleasure from start to finish. As I needed a property quickly Nick Reid (Lettings Manager) went above and beyond to help with this and we actually got everything turned round within Tow days and that is from viewing the property to moving in! I am more than confident in saying I cant see this happening with any other estate agent. t was down to Nicks hard work and experience that I moved in to my lovely new home in no time. He has kept in contact afterwards to ensure I have settled in and all is well. I have recommended not only Reeds Rains but Nick also to family and friends and hope my review helps you along with anyone else wishing to find there new home. GoogleAbsolutly most disgusting incompetant staff ive ever had the displeasure to deal with rude inpolite un professional employ idiots who cldnt organise anything even management are disgust excuses for human beings because of their mistakes and lack if communication i have repairs outstanding lies false information given to landlord being issued in correctly with a section 21 thru lies stupid advice frm staff rob sue and rachel are a total joke its because of their mistakes im going to be homeless was mis represented totally these people are nasty spiteful excuses for human beings

GoogleOur dealings have all been in connection with rental of residential property rather than buying/selling. We have found Reeds to be very professional in everything they do: replies to incoming telephone calls are always prompt and dealt with efficiently (and no annoying music). Same goes for email messages. Staff have always turned up on time and looked smart and are knowledgeable but still friendly and patient with questions. Full marks to all the staff in the office who may not be in the front line, but are needed to make things happen. All in all, Reeds know what they are doing and put you at ease. The downside is that their service charges are generally higher than others in the same business, but maybe that's the price of an efficient service: we think that Roy, Rob, Nikki head up a great team.

FacebookSpecifically the Reeds Rains branch in St Helens.I can not recommend against using this company strongly enough. A continuous repetition of sales spiel backed up with nothing but hot air and hollow lies. DO NOT give them any money up front for "Enhanced Photography" as this serves no purpose whatsoever. DO NOT allow them to lie about the valuation of your property simply to prevent another agent from having it to sell.DO NOT expect a call back with updates.DO NOT expect them to proactively promote your property. DO NOT expect any accountability when errors occur and your requests continuously get ignored.DO not expect that your complaint will be taken seriously when you "elevate" it to the main office. DO NOT expect that staff are invested in your situation as they leave without even informing their colleagues. DO NOT expect any realistic action from this company. DO NOT expect that they will inform you that your property will no longer appear as agreed in the newspaper.DO NOT expect them to even advertise your property at the correct price!!Unless you are happy for your property to fester, languish and become unsellable after too long in the market then feel free for Reeds Rains to ruin any hope you had of moving.Yours,Previously reasonable seller.

My 80 year old Step Father lost his wife (my mum) last year and made the difficult decision to sell the house - it has been been a catalogue of errors with tour Baddeley Green branch in Stoke on Trent and we can't wait to be out if contract to use someone else. First the property wasn't on the Internet for 2 weeks - he visited the shop and eventually it went on. Then it was flagged as sold - that took me to get involved despite his visiting the shop again ( I live on the Wirral) - took 2 weeks to resolve. Then now we find out yesterday that it isn't being advertised de to having no EPC despite my father asking your representative to organise it. My father is 80 and not in the best health - this has been disorganised, unprofessional and ineffective. I will be writing today to Oliver Blake and David Newnes to find out how this can possibly happen in such a large supposedly customer-centred organisation.

GoogleI own 2 properties which I rent out, 1 purchased through Reeds Rains but both now rented out by Reeds Rains and the team do an excellent job! The tenant find service is second to none and I've always had excellent tenants chosen by the team. Thanks and keep up the good work!

GoogleWe were really happy with all aspects of our home move through Reeds Rains Chorley. In comparison to some other local estate agents that we have encountered they were by far the most professional and trustworthy. All the staff, including Andrew their Mortgage Adviser, were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable throughout the process and we would have no hesitation in recommending them.

GoogleBooked a couple of viewings, then I noticed the long list of extortionate fees they charge... Called and advised I'd like to cancel them due to how high the fees were, this was done without asking any questions about which fees were too high, what others were charging, if they could discount them. Poor customer service in my opinion, I recommend avoiding Reeds Rains!

She is very friendly and extremely knowledgeable of the local housing market. Highly professional, Gemma helped drive our sale through to completion.
