I have just purchased a house through Reeds Rains, Chorley. I could not be happier with the service I have received. The purchase was not as straightforward as anticipated, and Roy seemed to be the driving force in keeping the sale moving forward, chasing both parties solicitors and checking for updates with the land registry regularly, updating myself and other parties. His efforts have been very much appreciated. I have no hesitation in recommending the company, and should I ever move in the future Reeds Rains, Chorley will be my first port of call.

I would highly recommend Gemma Bland at Reeds Rains Chorley if you are looking to sell your house or are trying to find a house to buy. Gemma has recently sold our house for us and the level of service we received from the point of valuation to completion was absolutely impeccable. We stupidly started the sale of our house with an online agent as we thought 'if it's on Rightmove that's all you need', we couldn't have been more wrong! After six months on the market with nothing but time wasters and tyre kickers we luckily came across Gemma and the team at Reeds Rains. This is where the tale of house selling plight got a happy ending! Gemma went above and beyond to help us sell our house, she is highly professional and straight talking - does not use the usual estate agent patter, which is exactly what you need as you know exactly where you stand from day one. Gemma also gave the best advice on the purchase of our next property and was always on the end of the phone calming any nerves or worries. She really did take the stress away and sold our house in 6 weeks!!! Don't waste time looking for another agent, this is the one you need!!

My property at Leyland is being managed by Reeds rains, Chorley branch. Being a new landlord and also converting my property into an HMO has been extremely stressful. But thanks to all the staff at the Chorley branch for helping me out with every step; particularly the Lettings manager Nick Reid. He has so much confidence in his voice that it was very reassuring when I spoke to him; thereby making the whole process less stressful for me. Even after being transferred to another branch he continued to look after my property until it was all ready to be let out. I cannot thank you enough and I will highly recommend Reeds Reins. Fantastic staff!!

Toni and all the team were amazing. They were always polite, calm and really listened to what you were saying. I used an online agent for my sale but was involved with Reeds Rains with the purchase. I'm not sure both the sale and purchase would have tied in if it hadn't been for Toni keeping all the solicitors in contact with each other. I never realised how much after sale work happens. Outstanding service from Rob and the letting team at Chorley - had a brief discussion with Rob on Thursday to ask about letting our Apartment - Rob was so helpful and sent all the relevant information over to us immediately - we decided to rent the Apartment and within 24 hours the property was live and had 2 viewings booked in within the hour of going live - it was rented out to the first applicant subjct to satisfactory references etc - this was impressive - we had asked a local Independent Agent earlier on in the week to call us to discuss renting it and after 5 days had not even had a call - if you have a property to rent I cannot recommend Reeds Rains Chorley more highly - thank you
