From the initial email contact through to the tenant moving in, the service has been excellent. Sonia explained every step of the process to me & answered my many questions I had. FacebookAfter not successfully selling our house with another agent Reeds Rain staff reassured that they could. And they did. The care from the office staff was always there and the views I had were serious buyers. I had more views in two weeks than I had with previous agents. They helped us decide what house we wanted and we could then seriously focus on finding our new house. Thank you, especially Andy and leanne.

GoogleVery good team at Chorley branch, they know the market well and advise accordingly, never felt any pressure. Roy is fantastic guy who goes extra mile when required. We sold through them and he helped with getting gardening done & did bit of cleaning himself and provided with meter readings when required. Reason for 4stars is their recommend solicitors were double the price of my solicitor and increased the price after we agreed to their initial quote following which it went up by another c£800(also wasted bit of our time) , my solicitor did it for half the charge. Also although we didn't appointment their recommended solicitors there was massive data protection breach wherein they sent us info of some other transactions and although we advised them to delete our all data they still emailed again with details of other transactionsafter in few weeks, also we wanted to transact through exclusivity agreement which initially was fine but after we appointed the team this didn't work out. Thanks again to Roy & team.

GoogleWe have recently used Reeds Rains Estate Agents in Chorley to sell a property and we are very happy with the service. We have mostly dealt with Roy and Toni who have been absolutely brilliant. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Reeds Rains at Chorley if you are looking to sell a property. Our property went on sale on the Monday, we had a viewing on the Tuesday and it sold by Wednesday. I found Roy and Toni very professional in what they do and we was kept well informed of anything that was required by us and any answers we needed answering they was there to answer.

Unfortunately we weren’t using yourselves as our selling agent - but your communication and updates were second to none. I found myself in an unexpected tricky living situation which required a very quick move and without Sonia, Brooke and Sam, it just wouldn't have happened so seemlessly. Sonia was so professional and friendly when I went to view. Thanks for making me feel so welcome, Sonia. I also needed to call most days to speak to Brooke and Sam, constantly asking different questions and receiving updates, and not once did I feel like I was being a nuisance - amazing customer service, thank you both so much. I'm grateful to now have such lovely connections with the team at Reeds Rains Chorley in case I ever need to call in the future, and I feel like I can without any hesitation. FacebookCannot recommend Reeds Rains Chorley enough, they are just amazing! They sold our home (in no time at all) and also found us our amazing new home! Having had a baby through the Covid crisis, they really took the stress out of finding a property for us! They knew exactly what we wanted and contacted us to to let us know what was going on the market! It didn’t just stop once the offer was accepted, they did all the hard work liaising with both solicitors. Roy is a fabulous manager and has a wonderful team around him. We really feel like we have made friends in the team at RR!
