Just wanted to say I can't believe how professional the team at Keenan's were selling my property in great harwood! The property went on the market on the Friday and was sold by Monday after Sophie arranged the viewings and Faye in progression was unbelievable, never had to chase them they always kept me informed!

They are the worst estate agents I’ve every come across, communication is non existent to say the least, you complain and the manager shouts over the top of you! Do yourself a favour read the rest of the reviews before going anywhere near ! I really wish I had.

Usually, they cancel confirmed appointments without notice, telling the property is not available any longer.Do not trust them and check many times online if the property to rent/for sale is still showing - and if it is the same!Avoid this agency

Without Terri I don't think we would have achieved Mums dream home. Terri has offered Excellent customer service whilst carrying out her job but she is also sincerely compassionate. It's not just about a sale.Extremely thorough and goes above and beyond to make sure her clients are happy.Extremely satisfied indeed!

Very poor customer service, fundamental errors made. Properties not inspected when promised, vital details missed on inspections. Turnover of staff at an alarming rate, no hands off management solutions.

I have looked at a few properties in their portfolio and I have found the staff extremely rude and they speak to you like you are something they stepped in when you want a little longer than an hour to decide whether you are going to part with hundreds of thousands of pounds.
