TrustpilotReally impressed with Chloe Mcloughlin
Really impressed with Chloe Mcloughlin. Although we’re still in the sales process, we feel confident that our sale will conclude satisfactorily. She is pleasant, knowledgeable and always attentive to enquiries and questions. The Swinton team are fab.

GoogleFrom the initial phone call to the completion of the sale, every department and member of Keenan staff worked professionally and efficiently. We were kept informed through every step of the way, this was even through the surreal time of CoVid19!! I thank every member of staff who were involved in the sale of the property, there was not one weak link. I would definitely recommend Keenans to sell your property.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Callum at Keenan’s has kept us fully informed and up to date throughout the process of renting out our property. We had a bad experience with a previous agent and Keenan’s have really put our minds at ease. Looking forward to working with them.

TrustpilotKeenans
Keenans were professional and efficient from the very start. The gentleman who did our evaluation was very professional and knowledgeable and made me feel that our house would be in safe hands. The communication was always excellent and we were able to talk to a designated sales person whenever we needed to. I felt like we received a personalised service and we were always treated professionally.

TrustpilotElla at Keenan's Accrington has been excellent.
We have just bought a house through Keenans, Accrington, All the staff have been very helpful and polite. Ella in particular has been most helpful, phoning on a regular basis whenever there's an update and often just to check in and make sure we were ok with the process and answer any questions we had. Would highly recommend. *****

Apparently advised our landlord to keep our deposit as there is an unpaid electric bill. The bill is in dispute with EDF because they haven't been applying money to our account. But they have advised our landlord to keep our money. Sharks! Be very careful.

TrustpilotVery Good
Everyone at the Burnley branch have been so lovely so far, from the first valuation appointment with Louis to the correspondence with the office which has been very friendly and helpful. Selling my house has been very smooth sailing so far. I didn't want to do my own viewings so Jack took control and the house was sold within a week.
