Shocking Property Management service. Blatantly obvious damage and neglect by the tenants not picked up in inspection reports leading to a big bill once they left. Incompetent management of the tenant's departure led to limited deposit being recovered.

GoogleI can't seem to mark less than a one star. It's been 18 days since tenancy ceased and still no return of undisputed tenancy fees. A disgrace of a company I've had the misfortune of dealing with at two properties. Avoid.

Absolutely dreadful service n aftercare after I became a tennet, there was no customer care and no help or support and it took ages to fix every problem n I would never use them again. They took 3 months to sort out blinds n over 8 months to solve a little damp issue. I advise people to stay away

Wish I’d looked at the reviews before wasting our time asking this useless company to value our property with a view to selling it for us. Short email after they’d viewed the property with a completely nonsensical valuation. When emailed them asking for how they had arrived at that figure didn’t even bother to reply
