GoogleCancelled our viewing on the morning we should have viewed even though we were in the best position to buy
We are sorry you are disappointed that you weren't able to view this property back in March. However this house had been on the market for a couple of weeks and we had already done a number of viewings. Unfortunately for you, we did receive an offer a few hours before your viewing that the VENDOR CHOSE to accept as the buyers were in an excellent position and offered over asking. We unfortunately had to cancel your viewing at the vendor's request. We would never continue to do viewings once an offer has been accepted as we feel this is unethical. We don't feel that doing our job well is something that deserves negative feedback.

GoogleWe would most definitely recommend Easy Home Lets to anyone looking to rent a property. Sue, Charlotte and Christine are an extremely professional and "well oiled" machine but have a personable and friendly demeanor, putting their clients at ease and leaving you with the feeling that you have known them for years. A company that is willing to go that extra mile for their clients.

GoogleSue and Charlotte are very professional and make every effort to liaise with tenants and landlords to resolve any queries or issues. I wish I were close enough for them to manage my rental property- I would have complete confidence having had experience of the tenant side of things when acting for a friend.
