Easy Home and Let's & Sales managed our rental for a couple of years with no problems at all. Communication was great and provided efficient service. They have a great list of trades people that can help should you have any repairs needed for the property and these are people I now use for my property and have recommended to friends. My husband and I are joint landlords with Easy Home Let's and Sales and I can honestly say that they have been excellent and very professional when managing our two bedroomed terrace. All of our tenants have been happy with the property and the company except our most recent tenant who has caused so much damage to the house that she has been evicted by the court. If anyone reads her disgraceful review, which is all lies, please believe that none of it is true. Easy Home Let's have followed all of the rules and Mrs Elegant is not happy that the bond has not been returned. This is due to the required cost of putting the house back into a habitable condition....Just as it was when she began her tenancy.

Absolutely dishonest agency, avoid at all costs. I do not recommend using this agency. At the end of my tenancy, they made me clean the entire property and even paint it. I did everything they asked, and still, they kept my entire deposit. Not a single penny was returned. This is nothing but cheating. They take advantage of tenants, especially at the end of the tenancy when you’re most vulnerable. Please be warned: do not trust this agency. They are unprofessional and unfair, and I will never forgive how I was treated.

Worst 3 years of mine and my families life. Staff are so far up there glutes. Always blame tenants for mould or condensation even pest (ants) also after been told the previous tenant hadnt even opened a single window. Our move in date the windows were solid shut. Wonder what sort of cleaning EHL did hmm as they mention its not the landlords fault but EHL would blame landlord for hiring the cleaners typical ey. 3 years we only complained of 3 things mold on bath seals (possible leak) pest control (ants) and condensation all 3 times we was blamed and told to open windows, sweep garden(winter). Treating us like we have no clue how to live. One staff member mentions few kitchen cupboard was scuffed oh sorry metal pots and pans go in them, sorry i have a 1 year old and 3 year old kid ey. Dont get me started on the garden... DEPOSIT gone becaue the grass was ankle height all because i cut the grass 2 week prior leaving (utilities transfer & time to move stuff with 2 kids) this is after giving us THREE months notice to leave NO sorry TWO but the LANDLORD felt sorry for US and gave THREE as EHL says, worst was they always running away when posting the notice twice actaully not even knock to explain what to do in such a situation. i wont forget we moved in the trees & grass were over grown, moss on front back patio slabs, Before i left i had trimed all trees and bushes and weed etc, which was 3 days i could of charged EHL £250 per day + after robbing £695 for ankle long grass. If your young and its your first let? STAY AWAY. If you reply .. i dont care and we are glad we are no longer under your horrible service. THe neighbouring homes were right, its always best to go direct to landlord than EHL .

We have used Easy Home Lets and Sales for a good number of years to find tenants and manage property on our behalf. Sue, Charlotte and the team have consistently provided an excellent and friendly service over that period of time. Always very approachable and helpful with a knowledge and experience second to none which instils confidence. Recently we decided to sell one of our properties and Easy Home Lets and Sales was the obvious choice and what a great choice it was. The marketing of our property was dealt with extremely professionally and efficiently from the first contact to the completion of the sale. The photographs and description of the property were excellent and Easy Home Lets and Sales found us a buyer within days. The team were always on hand to answer any questions we had leading up to the completion and couldn't have been more helpful. On that point I must mention Chris who mainly looked after our sale once the property had gone to market. From the valuation to photos to then being live on rightmove and other websites this was done time efficiently. They also use social media to help advertise. I had lots of interest and viewers booked in within 2 weeks of being on the market.
