GoogleI can’t recommend easy homes enough and it only took 2 months and 2 days from the day I got my offer accepted until the day I collected the keys. They allowed me to view the house 3 times (2x after my offer was already accepted) and they provided constant updates and offered their expertise and opinions whenever needed or asked for. thanks to all the ladies for their help in making our dream a Reality.

Easy Home Lets made my selling experience easy, efficient and they where very professional and knowledgeable. If I decide to move house again I will go with Easy Home Lets every time. GoogleDisappointed.... Viewed a house, advised the agent showing us around we liked it, we had a couple of other viewings in the day but we are really interested. Advised office would contact up by end of day, probably for best & final offers. Call never came, we rang following morning to make an offer to be told properly was already under offer and paperwork had been sent out.
We are really sorry you were disappointed that the property sold. However you you did have the opportunity to make an offer after your viewing on Friday afternoon as we did inform you that there were multiple offers in already and possibly others coming in but you choose to continue viewing other properties that day and over the weekend with other agents. The vendor was thrilled with the level of offers made and chose to accept one on Friday afternoon rather than wait as they did not want to lose the offer on the table. I can understand you were disappointed when you came back to us to learn this and we are sorry about that, but I'm sure you can appreciate it is a fast market at the moment and it was the vendors choice to go with the offer that was made on Friday as they did not want to lose the offer they chose to accept however we do wish you luck in your search.

GoogleAs an "accidental" landlord who didn't want to have any hassle from renting out a property, Easy Home Lets have made this a simple process and pretty much deal with everything for what is basically a 10% (+VAT) fee. This also means they keep us up to date with any landlord requirements on new legislation, certificates and so on. Of course you have the option to self manage as well if you wish. We have had a first class service from day one and hassle kept to an absolute minimum as well as attending to any repairs needed in a prompt fashion.

We recently sold my father's house in Eccleston using Easy Home Sales. We found them to be thoroughly professional keeping us informed regularly. When the sale was nearing its completion I spoke to Christine on at least a weekly basis. I cannot praise them too highly - well done and thank you.

GoogleI have been renting with easy home lets for the last 9 years and I am very sad that our time has come to an end. These lady’s have been very supportive and have gone above and beyond for me. They work extremely hard and are great at what they do. For your renting and selling needs this is the place to go. One day in the future I hope I can use them again

Sue quickly found me a very reliable tenant who maintained the property well and returned it in an excellent condition at the end of the tenancy. I have used Easy Home Lets & Sales for over 8 years and I can not fault their efficient, friendly, honest and straight forward way of working. As a landlord they dealt with any of my property issues, quickly, calmly and always in a manner that ensured my tenants and myself were kept happy and informed. More recently they have sold my property and I have to say, that during a time of delays, the whole team have been totally fantastic! There has always be someone at the end of the phone to deal with any queries or concerns and Christine in particular was an absolute godsend in chasing solicitors and keeping everyone in the loop updated and informed. If you are a landlord, tenant or trying to sell your property I can not recommend Easy Home Let's enough. There are no hidden agendas, no hidden fees, only friendly, helpful staff who will do everything they can to provide a top rate service!
