GoogleI have recently used Easy Home Lets & Sales for a rental property. Nothing was too much trouble and the customer care I received was exceptional. Sue and her team are friendly, organised, efficient and extremely professional - making my move to the area as smooth as possible. I would highly recommend Easy Home Lets & Sales, they are the most organised letting agent I have ever dealt with which is brilliant for peace of mind in a potentially stressful time!

GoogleWe rented our first family home using easy home lets and our experience was wonderful from our first viewing, which was arranged on a Sunday as we desperately wanted it, to when we moved out. Any repairs that needed doing were done very quickly and to a good standard. We were heartbroken to move and move out of the area of easy home lets, it was only due to the school I want for my daughter. Can't thank Charlotte and Sue enough! Thank you!!

GoogleMoving to a new area is always daunting but Charlotte, Sue and the team couldn't have been more helpful from knowing the area to being a s flexible as possible when moving out. Always kept informed from reference point to leaving. So helpful can't recommend them enough. Great to have the personal touch in the world of the bigger agents. And got to visit the offices too, the decor is stunning! Thanks all.

They can't wait to get into your new home for a snoop round using their 'own key', to do an 'inspection', trouble is they give you very little notice and you may find you come back from a two week holiday to find they have been in your home having a wander round. Also even after we moved having bought our own property, they gave our former landlord our new address!!!! - to unnecessarily deliver a parcel that had slipped past the redirection service. There was absolutely no need for this as they hold contact numbers for us and could have telephoned us to go and collect it from their office. Instead they gave out private and confidential information which I am sure is in breach of Data Protection, and also VERY VERY unprofessional.........

They are helpful, friendly, open and responsive to both ours and our tenant's needs. The contractors they use are well priced, unlike other letting agents we have used, and we are very confident that our properties are in safe hands. Really cannot rate the team highly enough.

GoogleAs a landlord Easy Home Lets and Sales have been my agent of choice for many years, because they are professional and fair to both landlord and tenant.They also go above and beyond in many situations! So the latest review does not ring true. I don't understand why the latest reviewer stayed 3 years if it was so bad ??. As our late queen said " Recollections may vary". In my experience all tenants expect different things of landlords and agents , sometimes unrealistic. I wish them luck finding somewhere that lives up to their expectations . I would also highly recommend Easy Home Lets and Sales to any tenant or landlord looking for a good agent .

GoogleI chose to sell my house with Easy Home Lets & Sales and wow, what a good choice that was! I spent a while researching different local estate agents but none where drawing me in. Easy Home Lets made my selling experience easy, efficient and they where very professional and knowledgeable. If I decide to move house again I will go with Easy Home Lets every time. Would recommend to anyone and everyone!

GoogleI can’t recommend easy homes enough and it only took 2 months and 2 days from the day I got my offer accepted until the day I collected the keys. They allowed me to view the house 3 times (2x after my offer was already accepted) and they provided constant updates and offered their expertise and opinions whenever needed or asked for. thanks to all the ladies for their help in making our dream a Reality.

GoogleAs an "accidental" landlord who didn't want to have any hassle from renting out a property, Easy Home Lets have made this a simple process and pretty much deal with everything for what is basically a 10% (+VAT) fee. This also means they keep us up to date with any landlord requirements on new legislation, certificates and so on. Of course you have the option to self manage as well if you wish. We have had a first class service from day one and hassle kept to an absolute minimum as well as attending to any repairs needed in a prompt fashion.

GoogleDisappointed.... Viewed a house, advised the agent showing us around we liked it, we had a couple of other viewings in the day but we are really interested. Advised office would contact up by end of day, probably for best & final offers. Call never came, we rang following morning to make an offer to be told properly was already under offer and paperwork had been sent out.
We are really sorry you were disappointed that the property sold. However you you did have the opportunity to make an offer after your viewing on Friday afternoon as we did inform you that there were multiple offers in already and possibly others coming in but you choose to continue viewing other properties that day and over the weekend with other agents. The vendor was thrilled with the level of offers made and chose to accept one on Friday afternoon rather than wait as they did not want to lose the offer on the table. I can understand you were disappointed when you came back to us to learn this and we are sorry about that, but I'm sure you can appreciate it is a fast market at the moment and it was the vendors choice to go with the offer that was made on Friday as they did not want to lose the offer they chose to accept however we do wish you luck in your search.

They work extremely hard and are great at what they do. For your renting and selling needs this is the place to go. One day in the future I hope I can use them again
