Home was for rent 26.04.22, Dean and Madison were managing the property on our behalf, on the 9th May a tenant had ben successfully found. The service was second to none. Very Poor Service. We went to view a house and they went to the wrong one. The second viewing on the same house and they were late. The people who supervised the viewing could not answer our questions and basically fobbed us off for an easy time. Pleased that we were not selling our house through them.

GoogleA real quality estate agent. We originally switched from another agent after our property had been on the market for 12 weeks with minimal views. After a lengthy chat with tammy we felt confident in switching to Ben rose. They lives up to all Tammy's promises. If we needed anything she was a phonecall away, always reassuring and giving her honest opinion. She supported us with issues we experienced with our solicitor and made sure our sale was done. Only reason for 4 stars not 5 is because of a mix up with a viewing where no one showed to do the viewing, and because we used a solicitor they recommended who was beyond uselessPositiveQuality

GoogleWe were buying and in this very difficult tijme for buyers Ben Rose kept us informed both with the initial bid and through the buying process . The facilitated the process and acted as a conduit to the seller. As a buyer I appreciate the estate agent is acting for the seler but they couldn't have been more helpful in facilitatinmgn the process and made it less stressful; for both parties (buyer and seller)

GoogleAll the staff at Ben Rose have been extremely helpful from beginning to end with our recent house move. The photography in particular is outstanding and the little extras such as video walkthrough really made a difference! We sold within a month despite a difficult period over Christmas, and the agents always kept us updated with any progress. We would highly recommend Ben Rose Estate Agents to anyone looking to buy or sell!

GoogleI called to view a property in Thornfield. The lady said we have an offer that is being considered. So you cant view. She said there were viewings on Saturday but l couldn't view because they were full. I asked as we are cash buyers prepared to offer asking price would she call vendor. She refused. I felt there would be no harm in doing this and if l was selling l would want as many options as possible. I have never dealt with this agent before or spoke to them and l have no idea why they were so unhelpful
