We recently viewed & secured a property with the assistance of Ellie Leahy, even during the current situation with COVID we found the viewing a pleasant experience and Ellie was most informative answering all of our questions in detail while giving us a background of the property and the Landlord. Amazing service from Fleet branch

We had fantastic service from the Fleet branch. Luke did an amazing Job with helping us bring the house to market and assisting throughout our sale and purchase. Tom was fantastic, always professional and approachable and always kept him promises with call backs doing his utmost all the time. James was a great support too stepping in to help us out. The most impressive part was that the communication within the branch must have been at a great level as everyone was willing and able to help at any stage. Ben stepped in a different points and helped Tom and ourselves get over the line at the end with his relentless effort to ensure we had the best service and fully understood how to act and what to do at each stage for a seamless exchange and completion.Overall a great experience and we were extremely appreciative of all the advice and assistance as we aren’t experts and we needed some help throughout.

Michael Thomas - Waterfords

Michael Thomas from the Camberley office was the agent responsible for sourcing our new property. Although Michael's mandate was with the seller, he provided us with exceptional customer service by consistently keeping us up to date with any progress. Michael even went the extra mile to chase relevant parties along the entirety of the chain therefore doing some of the work of our own agents. We believe that had it not been for Michael, we would have had breaks in the chain and therefore lost our desired property. Furthermore, our conveyancers didn't explain to us where in the legal process the delays occurred and why. Michael was at hand to explain these to us in lamens' terms. Michael is a very good ambassador for Waterfords and his professionalism is a blueprint for what a good estate agent conduct should look like.

A really positive experience...

Sam was really instrumental in me choosing the property I eventually moved in to as it was only when he suggested I look at it, when in fact I had I initially enquired about another property.Once the decision was made to take the property, Elise was incredibly approachable and professional and really supported my endless stream of questions. Moving in day was quick and efficient and I felt supported throughout especially when having to source a fridge at the last minute.There is still an outstanding issue but that sits more with the landlord at the time of writing the review.All in all I’d recommend Waterford’s and the team in Fleet.

Lizzie & the team have been amazing

Lizzie & the team have been amazing, supporting me as a first time buyer. They were very responsive from very first contact, picked some amazing properties for me to view & their communication was just perfect. It felt like they really cared about my needs as a buyer, compared to other estate agents I was in touch with at the time. From when I put in an offer, Lizzie kept all parties fully updated throughout to exchange. I honestly couldn’t of asked for a better estate agent & I am not sure it would of went as smoothly as it did, without them!

Defiantly the best estate agents I've come across!!

Waterfords Estate Agents have been amazing from start to finish! We had Ellie show us around a few places until we finally found one we wanted. She listened to what we were looking for and got it spot on! She was professional, friendly, accommodating and answered all questions with a quick response. We also had help from Sam with paperwork which was all sorted very quickly and he was more than happy to answer all the questions/enquires we had. Camberley team: Ray and Oliver thank you

As first time buyers we were worried, a little confused and lost but Ray, Oliver and their team have been incredibly helpful with our purchase from start to finish. He gave us all the right information, he was very friendly, understanding and very thoughtful. We were sad to find out that he left Waterford but we wish him all the best for his future ventures. Oliver was the one who took over from Ray, it was a smooth transition. They always called/emailed back! Never had to chase them up for anything. Oliver helped us with getting the keys to the new house. They have been ever so helpful, I would like to say thank you all so much for the help. Both Oliver and Ray were proactive and supportive. I would have no hesitation recommending the both of them.

Outstanding customer service! Honestly haven't dealt with an estate agency who sincerely cares about helping you out, and provides top notch service! Incredibly happy with Luke and the team at Waterfords Fleet, they’ve been incredibly helpful with our purchase from start to finish.Big thanks to James for the viewing, in which he was very knowledgable about the property and the overall situation, very professional throughout being able to answer any questions we had.From there on Luke was handling our purchase and once again a huge thanks for his hard work, professionalism and honesty. He walked us through the process perfectly, giving regular updates by phone or email and always being upfront and honest about the situation. The stand out for me was that every promised callback/email was upheld. We were never having to chase up and our expectations managed perfectly. If the callback had to be the next day, the team were always open about it and we would feel safe in the knowledge that we’d get the call first thing in the morning despite how busy things are at the moment. When we come to sell, it’ll certainly be through Waterfords thanks to the great service we’ve received so far. Thanks again

Michael and Oliver have been simply brlliiant throught the purchase of our new home. Any questions or requests of additional viewings has never been frowned upon, it has always been replied to with courtesy and professionalism. With every house move there is stress on behalf of the purchaser (me) and Michael and Oliver always responded with a sense of calm, which was very much needed at the time. We decided to sell our house through Waterfords in Fleet and they have been great to deal with. Our house sold within 6 weeks and in particular James and Oliver have been brilliant in communication. As with every house move, it hasnt been without drama, but James and Oliver done what anyone would ask of, and thats to keep us informed all along the way. they helped chase solicitors, buyers, and everyone else involved. They ensured that when we were at the time of exchange, that all solicitors we notified, followed up with them and notified me of exchange before our solicitors told us. All in all, they have provided exactly what they told us they would, James who was our main contact througout was always available and always understood what we needed and delivered on the initial promise. A refreshing service in the world of Estate Agency. Well done and thank you!

We have been so impressed with…

We have been so impressed with Waterfords Camberley. Our house had been on the for sale market for four months with another agency, when we decided we would go down the rental route. Matthew at Waterfords gave us a great rate and we signed a short contract knowing that we had very little faith in estate agents at this point, after being promised the world by others. We handed over a set of keys and the signed contracts and less than 8 hours later, Matthew came back to us with a serious offer, which he helped us negotiate and eventually agree. Elise was really helpful in sorting all of the paperwork and getting the house fit and ready in a very short space of time and two weeks after agreeing to go with Waterfords, we had tenants in! Would highly recommend :)

Excellent service all round from Matt at Waterfords. Having been in a rush to find a property for myself and my girlfriend we were fit in at short notice to view a number of great flats. When given feedback, Matt acted very promptly and worked on finding a better solution which also involved contacting the landlord. We recently purchased a house through Waterfords post Covid lockdown. The purchase was straightforward but Luke has been friendly and helpful throughout the process, so thank you. We would be happy to purchase with Luke at Waterfords again. Prior to this, we tried purchasing another house through Waterfords that we couldn't complete on. This purchase did attract a couple of odd phone calls from Waterfords such as 'are you still interested in purchasing' (when everything was with the sellers to respond/provide!), that would be my only complaint!

If You Want A Sale.......Choose Waterfords

Waterfords throughout the sale of our property were professional, efficient, reliable and honest. They were in regular contact with us which meant we didn't have to chase them up for information and updates. Due to Covid this has been an extended and stressful time for everyone. We had just agreed a sale and we were working our way through the paperwork when lockdown came. All sorts of problems arose and Staff were being furloughed it was a nightmare. Waterfords rose to the challenge and Kier very soon stepped in calmed our nerves and helped to guide us through the early days. Sarah was bought back off furlough and took over looking after our sale. To say it has been a challenge is an understatement but I cannot praise Sarah enough for her professionalism dogged determination and support throughout. I would also like a mention for Shaun who sold our house but was furloughed so he couldn’t see it through.If you are looking for an Estate Agent who will go the extra mile to ensure that you are informed at every stage then look no further than Waterfords.A brilliant team with excellent service and old fashion values.

Would recommend!

Moving into a new property is incredibly stressful (particularly when everything is made harder due to national lockdown) but we couldn't have done it without Matt Blackman! I work in London and could only view the flat in the evening to which he was very accommodating and worked overtime to facilitate. He's been helpful throughout the transaction answering all of our (many) questions promptly and in a friendly manner. I've had a few bad experiences with estate agents but cannot recommend Matt at Waterfords enough, a credit to the branch.

Thankyou Waterfords for making my move so easy. Sam Charlton was amazing and made the whole process very quick and stress free. I had limited time to find a property & move and within 10 days of being sent a property by Sam I was settled in my new home! Renting is always a bit worrying relying on other people to fix things that need to be rectified but a few tiny things that needed doing on the property have been sorted within 48 hours.
