GoogleIts has been an amazing customer service from megan hickey from kfh chislehurst has gone above and beyond in helping us secure our new property nothing was ever too much for her she is amazing and can only say I have never had the level of service from another person in all the tears we gace been renting she has made us extremely happy and proud to say there is still good people in this world who can help you thank you very much MEGAN HICKEY you are a STAR.

GoogleI cannot fault the service received from KFH. Vanessa and Susan were both extremely professional and courteous in their interactions with us and kept us informed every step of the way. This is the smoothest sale we have ever experienced, they worked so hard to achieve the price required and showed such kindness and understanding in what was a difficult and emotional property sale. GoogleI have had an excellent experience dealing with Megan in Lettings at the Chislehurst Branch. Throughout my own time looking for a property Megan constantly kept in contact with me. She understands the balance of calling me and emailing me without bombarding me like your average agent. She listens to what you’re telling her and remembers what you want, so doesn’t send you unnecessary properties. So if she emailed me something, I knew it would be worth looking at. And if she called it was because she knew the property wouldn’t be around long. I have since found with Megan and I have to say I wouldn’t want to use another agent again. For as long as I am renting and living in Chislehurst she will be my first point of call. Thank you Megan for everything, KFH are very lucky to have you working for them.

GoogleI would recommend Rae Firminger from Chislehurst branch of KFH. Rae was a friendly absolutely genuine person. She made me feel very very comfortable and at ease. Rae conducted herself in a very professional manner, she spoke to you in easy and understanding way. Her knowledge and direct approach was refreshing, unlike the normal somewhat scripted talk of some estate agents. It made the whole house hunting experience a pleasure. I would definitely recommend Rae to anyone who may feel a bit apprehensive on joining the property market. I hope we can deal with her in the future.

Thanks to Deana and the lovely KFH team, it was one smooth process and everything went well even with our limited knowledge on the procedures and the market. Deana was always so helpful, kind and responsive. KFH followed everything thoroughly and put us in touch with right stakeholders throughout the process. They definitely turned a very complex work into an understandable and manageable one - highly recommended!

GoogleWe have had a great experience with KFH Chislehurst. Tara was patient, friendly and professional through the process. She also assisted through one abortive sale right at exchange point. She kept us informed and up to speed with all developments and would make a fabulous juggler - as she placated 4 in a 'difficult' chain. We have now sold and are in the process of buying with KFH, I would recommend them. Also Laetitia has been so helpful in the time we have been looking for a house, meeting us out of hours and nothing seemed too much trouble for her. Thank you both!

GoogleTara Leon was our agent at KFH .. after meeting us (my wife and I) and showing us the first property on our list, she immediately took us to a second property who she assured us we'd love .. guess what, WE LOVED IT ! We saw 13 more properties that weekend and nothing compared to the one Tara showed us. We immediately bought it. Tara is fantastic and has a great sense of people and their needs. She is a high-octane energizer bunny and highly professional and responsive. Great team at KFH with great listings and special kuddos to Tara for finding us our dream home right away !

GoogleI have just sold my house through KFH. They manged to sell it within just a few weeks of being on the market with them. I found then courteous, efficient and a pleasure to work with. My Negotiator is Josh Kilby, who I could not recommend more highly. He has been professional, efficient, extremely pleasant, has always returned my calls, and has managed the sale extremely well. The last few weeks prior to exchange have been very testing, but Josh has remained calm through the process and has moved it along through his diligence. Everyone in the Chislehurst KFH team has been a pleasure to work with, especially Josh who I award 5 STARS

GoogleCan't thank and praise all the staff in KFH but in particular Sam who has recently sold our house for us. Selling a home is a very stressful process and Sam has been so patient with me constantly harassing him for updates!! Nothing is too much trouble for Sam. He is so dedicated to his job and has even updated us in his own time on sundays and evenings. Any queries we have had he has immediately looked into it and gives us regular updates. Thanks Sam

GoogleWe have just sold our home through KFH at Chislehurst, and couldn’t have wished for a more determined, professional agent. Through a rocky period in the housing market Susan and her team never wavered from their conviction that we would find a buyer for our house, and did everything expected and more in-order to make it happen. They certainly quashed any pre-conceived negative expectancy that comes with estate agents as a matter of course, and actually proved the exact opposite. Helpful, caring, determined and confident in their approach we would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them to anybody looking for a house move, but nervous and uncertain about which agency to use. Have no doubt, KFH at Chislehurst are the best we’ve ever had dealings with over a 35 year period involving several house moves, and we would not hesitate to use them again in the future.

GoogleJosh has been amazing throughout my long and stressful journey, my property is high end and took a long time due to buyers falling out last minute, Josh has always been there with a positive attitude lifting my spirts and encouraging me to be positive, he always managed to get is back on track with offers flowing in again, finally we got there at the end and l have Josh and his team to thank they have all been so amazing and go that extra mile to help through all the trails and tribulations that comes with selling a house, there professionalism is just A class all the way. GoogleJosh Kilby has been the sales negotiator taken us around the Chislehurst area and has been the most pleasant, least pushy and honest estate agent we have dealt with across various property searches we have conducted throughout the last 10 years. Josh is very professional in his approach to viewing properties and he does not try to oversell or push anything on you that he knows may not be suitable. He has great attention to detail and, unlike other estate agents, actually remembers our specific requirements and personal preferences for properties. We have not been sent any properties by Josh which are not suitable for our search criteria and he has refined his recommendations as he has got to know us and our requirements better. I would highly recommend having Josh take you around any property viewings and assisting you in finding a home.

GoogleWe just sold our house with KFH Chislehurst, and we were really pleased with the service. We interacted with Susan, Mark, Sam and Franck, with Franck taking us through to the eventual sale once we accepted an offer. They all worked really well as a team on this, and in the latter stages Franck was excellent at co-ordinating everyone and pushing the deal over the line. People were telling me buying would be very stressful and hard work, however Sam made the whole process SIMPLE. Always was there when we needed him and always called every week with an update and made sure everything ran smooth as possible. Great asset to the estate agent industry and KFH. GoogleWe are delighted with our new home and could not be happier with the service and support we received throughout. Our agent Sam Ullah was excellent. We must have met him every weekend for about 3 months to view new properties, and view some again on many occasions. Sam was on hand to answer questions but never intrusive. Anything he needed to take away and check was followed up really quickly with answers. Obviously it would not have been a deal breaker, but I was very keen to find our new home through Sam rather than through a different estate agents as he had been so helpful and professional. Extremely pleased with the whole process and the end result. Many thanks Sam and KFH.
