I would recommend Rae Firminger from Chislehurst branch of KFH. Rae was a friendly absolutely genuine person. She made me feel very very comfortable and at ease. Rae conducted herself in a very professional manner, she spoke to you in easy and understanding way. Her knowledge and direct approach was refreshing, unlike the normal somewhat scripted talk of some estate agents. It made the whole house hunting experience a pleasure. I would definitely recommend Rae to anyone who may feel a bit apprehensive on joining the property market. I hope we can deal with her in the future.

Once you step into this agent, your search is over. They are super professional and very caring at the same time. What I loved the most is the fact that they get very soon what you looking for and they will find the right place for you. My partner and myself have been assisted by Kate, which made everything super smooth. She is very professional and friendly and since the first time we met her, we felt very comfortable. I still remember the first day we went to the agent; was closing time, but she went extra mile accommodating us taking the our details. She found the right place for us and when Kate called my partner, she said that I would have loved the place she found because she knew what I wanted...she was right! Jason has been a massive help in quickly helping us find the perfect place for us to move to whilst negotiating a fair deal on our next rental property. He has been on hand from the get go helping us answer any questions and advising us throughout the process. The dedication he has to his job is outstanding, answering questions and communicating information back to us well past his end of day. From dealing with KFH in Chislehurst I must say how impressed I have been with their service. The moment I booked my first viewing all the way through to the exchange of contracts, I found them very approachable and helpful and quite frankly a delight to deal with. As I work in property and finance myself I set the bar extremely high and I can honestly say KFH didn’t disappoint. Susan the branch manager is very knowledgably and knows her area tremendously well. My 2nd time dealing with KFH in 12 months to rent a flat in the area. Megan Hickey Senior Lettings Negotiator made it her personal business to find me somewhere that I loved. She spent hours with me at viewings both morning and evening and was always happy to spend time with me answering questions and even measured walls with me.Once she found me the perfect home she was again happy to help me she even helped me to move furniture.She never treated it as a business transaction more of a personal mission and understood how fussy I am and catered to my needs every chance she could.She really put her heart into it and made the move a lot less stressful as I was moving quickly and was initially upset when I had notice on my previous flat. I have had an excellent experience dealing with Megan in Lettings at the Chislehurst Branch. Throughout my own time looking for a property Megan constantly kept in contact with me. She understands the balance of calling me and emailing me without bombarding me like your average agent. She listens to what you’re telling her and remembers what you want, so doesn’t send you unnecessary properties. So if she emailed me something, I knew it would be worth looking at. And if she called it was because she knew the property wouldn’t be around long. I have since found with Megan and I have to say I wouldn’t want to use another agent again. Through a rocky period in the housing market Susan and her team never wavered from their conviction that we would find a buyer for our house, and did everything expected and more in-order to make it happen. They certainly quashed any pre-conceived negative expectancy that comes with estate agents as a matter of course, and actually proved the exact opposite. Helpful, caring, determined and confident in their approach we would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them to anybody looking for a house move, but nervous and uncertain about which agency to use.
