Our property letting has been straightforward and even the rare circumstances in which we found ourselves - where court proceedings and bailiffs had to be instructed - Anita went way above and beyond her remit to solve problems, both legal and practical. GoogleThe team at KFH Chislehurst are great. Friendly, offering advice and professional throughout the process. We used KFH for our sale and purchase. Vanessa and Deana were there to answer questions and push along the process to completion. If either of the team were busy then Susan the team manager would go out of her way to chase any queries. Responses are quick and the team kept in touch throughout, updating as needed.

GoogleI have just recently exchanged contracts on my property. I have spoken to various members of the staff at KFH Chislehurst, and everyone has been very helpful and professional. Susan, Kevin and Deanna to name a few. Kevin who dealt with the sale and purchase of both our properties, was always very knowledgeable, friendly and consistent, he always kept me updated on the progress and returned missed calls quickly. We had a last minute hiccup with our vendor, but with Kevin's help it was all sorted out with just an hour to spare before the chain was due to collapse. He went above and beyond his duty to make our move happen. We are very grateful to Kevin.

GoogleI worked with KFH and Deana on the sale of my property recently, and I was very impressed with their services. They ensure the property is reasonably priced and benchmarked against the properties they recently successfully sold in the neighbourhood. They arranged for an excellent photographer to take photos and make floor plans. Deana arranged the viewing before the property was advertised online and got the asking price on the same day of viewing. From then on, it was a smooth process, and she arranged the exchange and completion date to our preferences. I have been deeply impressed by KFH and Deana’s professionalism and would recommend them for any future business.

GoogleWe had a great experience wehn using the lettings department of KFH. The agent, was really communicative throughout the process and arranged plenty of viewings with the first fortnight of the flat being available. She was able to secure multiple offers at asking price and advise us in terms of which prospective tenants would be the best fit as well as guide us with all the relevant paperwork and certification necessary to let the flat. However, I would NOT recommend using their property management service, which is awful! Our property manager takes weeks to update us on issues / reply to us. It's taken almost a year to get a single issue fixed and even then there has been miscommunication. We pay a significant amount for the service but have ended up doing most things ourselves.

GoogleKFH, and mainly Deana Watkins, are the reason why we decided to go ahead with the sale of our house, and compared to our previous experience with another estate agents on Chislehurst high street, this has been a very positive experience from start to finish. The team at KFH have worked diligently to help with not only our sale, but also our onward purchase (which wasn’t with KFH). The coordination and communication was spot on. One of the best estate agents in Chislehurst.

GoogleHad are really great experience, with Scott at Kinleigh Folkard & Hayward Agents in Chistlehurst. Scott was professional, honest and supportive. As a first time tenant, it was quite daunting for me. But felt comfortable with Scott who was always available and responsive to all my questions. This made the process very smooth and things turned around really fast, this was all down to Scott and his great customer service and care. I will also add that when on occasion I spoke with his other colleagues, they were all really helpful too. Every person we have dealt with have been extremely professional and always happy to pick up the phone or respond straight away to an email. They recommended an excellent surveyor who called us before and after the survey to explain the steps and feedback on the property and a great solicitor who was again responsive and very efficient. Finally, I would have to say a special thanks to Deana Watkins! She was absolutely incredible, responding to all of my queries within 30 minutes and always being happy to chase for any news at all. We have dealt with a few estate agents but Deana was by far the best! GoogleI think every man woman and child must learn of KFH, certainly their Chislehurst office, which stands proud as a cathedral to all things 'house'! One gets the impression you could ring on Christmas Day and someone will answer your call. All of us become the 'needy child', certainly when buying/selling a house - I must have made 30 calls or more, we all do. Panicking about this/that. There was always someone to speak to. To offer assurance. And that is comforting, especially when our dreams of new homes are just around the corner, with a multitude of ideas and hopes. Would gladly recommend.

GoogleKFH Rentals were extremely helpful when I was looking for tenants to rent my property. They explained the process clearly and were very efficient in finding tenants for me. Michaela Petrosjanova was my day to day contact - she was always friendly and went out of her way to assist me when a tricky repair problem arose at the last minute before the tenants moved in. All the paperwork is done on-line so everything is very clear and professional.
