GoogleI have dealt with Deana Watkins On both sale and purchase of mine Chislehurst homes and have always found her to be incredibly professional and efficient but moreover genuinely interested and helpful and patient. Buying a new home Or indeed selling an old one can be a stressful procedure however Deana made it A smooth and pain free process. I cannot recommend her & the KFH team highly enough.

GoogleFantastic experience with KFH Chislehurst and especially Vanessa Spencer and the team. The first house viewing was very personable and she quickly got to understand our needs and preferences leading to identifying our dream home. Her support in securing and tenacity in assuring all parties up their game meant we had the keys to our home in 8 weeks! Definitely recommend.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleSam has been fantastic. He has come across in a very professional manner from day one, always available to be contacted, even outside of the core working hours. I feel the way Sam dealt with me as was outstanding, he is a true asset to your company and reflects your core values strongly. I have recommended a number of my friends to approach your branch due to the professional friendly service that was provided.

GoogleSo far, so good! The team sold my flat 7 years ago and in under a week the Chislehurst team have helped us get a great buyer for our house in Bickley. Will always be our estate agent of choice… here’s hoping they help us find our forever home very soon :) Thank you Deana, Vanessa, Tariq and Susan. A great team!

GoogleWe refurbished a three bed semi detached property in Mottingham and placed it with a local agency for rental. Two months on with no result we instructed Jason Gouveia from KFH Chislehurst. Jason is well presented, very professional, great to deal with and has an excellent knowledge of the local property market. it took him just 3 weeks to find us perfect tenants offering the asking price. Highly recommended!

GoogleOne of the best estate agent. It is my pleasure to meet Sam from the office who helped me a lot on purchasing my new home. He has also introduced great builder and architect for me to extend my new home. It is great experience to buy a house from them, I will definitely come back if I need to sell my house in future. GoogleWe have just used KFH Lettings in Chislehurst to rent a property and have been extremely pleased with their service. From the opening enquiry through to completion Chloe George guided us through the daunting process making it clear and easy to follow. Chloe was always knowledgable, prompt to answer communications and kept the process flowing meaning we could complete as soon as possible.

GoogleDeana Watkins worked so hard for us especially when an initial buyer pulled out at the end of October - not the best time to try and sell a house! Despite this, the sales team in Chislehurst arranged several viewings in November and December & Deana managed the whole sale process with great efficiency, always keeping us informed. Highly recommended.

GoogleThe KFH Chislehurst team helped to sell our house earlier this year and they were incredibly patient in working with us both on the sale and on our very specific search for a new property. Our main contacts were Tara and Laura, but Josh and Sam were also very involved in the sale of our property. They were all always very professional and listened to our views and requirements.

GoogleWe dealt with Luke Price from the Chislehurst office and he was super efficient, friendly and helpful. As was his colleague Charlie. In the end we found a place through another agent but these guys really stood out from all the other agents we were dealing with. We would certainly recommend them or come back to them for assistance in the future. Thank you for your efforts guys :)
