GoogleRae found a lovely house for us and we are very happy now we have moved in. Due to various circumstances outside the control of either ourselves or KFH the house buying process was long and torturous but Rae was proactive and easy to communicate with throughout. KFH brought their experience to bear in helping us resolve everything when our buyers were dragging their feet. Many thanks

GoogleMy father called this place looking for book a house viewing and was victim to racial profiling. When a customer come to look at a house, questions such as 'can you afford this house' come across as rude and disrespectful. Questions such as, is the houses you're looking for within this price range or where are you currently living could be used to tailor the house hunting experience I understand, but can you afford this house?! Ridiculous. My father is a GP and pays his taxes, so to be ask such a question I think is highly unprofessional. If it weren't for the busy schedule around during this time of the year I'm sure he would have been more inclined to make a complaint. I however am disappointed, especially living in Chislehurst for over 15 years now. Susan should be more respectful in the future.

The branch director, Susan, has also since spoken with your father to address his concerns and explain our standard processes. He went above and beyond and went out of his way to arrange and organise viewings for a number of flats at short notice, so we could get a feel for what is to offer within our budget. GoogleI cannot recommend KFH Chislehurst enough. I have a number of properties managed by different agents (due to location) and I can say hand on heart that the one managed by KFH is by far and away the best. The communication is swift and to the point, tenant management is ace. Keep up the good work!

GoogleI’ve had an excellent experience with KFH as a tenant. I had difficulties when moving into a new properties where I was no longer in a position take up the tenancy and had to surrender, they were very professional and supportive throughout. They liaised with myself and the landlord, coming to an agreement that was fair and appropriate for both parties. They also went above and beyond to support me through this time, I would like to send a huge thank you to both Anita and Michael for their support.

GoogleExcellent service from the Chislehurst team. Deana Watkins who valued the property, she was very sensitive to the fact that it was owned by my parents who had both just passed away. We had an offer on the property before it even went on Rightmove. Then Vanessa Spencer who took over as Sales Negotiator. She was very efficient, I never had to chase her for an update, she was on the ball. KFH made the whole experience bearable for me, & we’re so accommodating, as I don’t live in the area. If ever I need to sell a property again, KFH will be my first choice.

Rae was very helpful and responsive and helped us coordinate and communicate effectively with the seller and both sets of solicitors.
