GoogleI’ve had an excellent experience with KFH as a tenant. I had difficulties when moving into a new properties where I was no longer in a position take up the tenancy and had to surrender, they were very professional and supportive throughout. They liaised with myself and the landlord, coming to an agreement that was fair and appropriate for both parties. They also went above and beyond to support me through this time, I would like to send a huge thank you to both Anita and Michael for their support.

GoogleI have just bought my first home with KFH Chislehurst and cannot express how exceptional the service was. As a first-time buyer who has been actively looking for some time, I have had the opportunity to come across many agents in the last year, which has in some cases been very painful. I found much of the issues found with other agents stemmed from simply poor communication on the agent’s behalf that ended up infuriating me or the seller, which in some cases made me or the seller walk away from the property or sale, even-though the funds have always been there, simply based on service. I am not saying all the agents are the same but some of the experiences I have had could genuinely put you off buying a house altogether no matter what the price. I have to say the service I have received from KFH Chislehurst felt very personal from the various viewings all the way to completion. Communication has always been honest and open throughout the whole process; my calls and emails were always replied efficiently and nothing ever seemed to much trouble and they even accommodated many later than usual viewings prior to me even finding a place due to my work commitments. I like to give a special thankyou to Susan Tary and Kevin Bryne who both accommodated my viewings and have been genuine throughout the property purchase process. I also just like to add again, once Kevin got to know what I was looking for after a few viewings, everything he suggested for me to go and see was spot on what I was after, rather than just wasting my time and sending me to everything and anything which I found to be the case with the majority of other London Agents I have come across. Thank you again Chislehurst KFH and I will not hesitate in recommending you for anyone that is thinking of using your services.

Rae was very helpful and responsive and helped us coordinate and communicate effectively with the seller and both sets of solicitors. She was great at keeping on top of things and making sure things were progressing as they should. We would definitely use KFH in the future and highly recommend!

GoogleExcellent service from the Chislehurst team. Deana Watkins who valued the property, she was very sensitive to the fact that it was owned by my parents who had both just passed away. We had an offer on the property before it even went on Rightmove. Then Vanessa Spencer who took over as Sales Negotiator. She was very efficient, I never had to chase her for an update, she was on the ball. KFH made the whole experience bearable for me, & we’re so accommodating, as I don’t live in the area. If ever I need to sell a property again, KFH will be my first choice.
