GoogleA marvellous experience buying my house from start to finish! Could not praise KFH/ Chislehurst KFH team highly enough. They were extremely professional, welcoming, and managed to seal the deal promptly. An outstanding team and especially the manager Susan Tary who personally dealt with myself and the seller to get purchase completed she also kept me well informed throughout the whole process. A big thumbs up and will definitely use KFH again in the future.

They have been excellent throughout the whole process, particularly this last week when we have all been pushing to exchange. GoogleSam ullah has set the new standards in estate angent industry. He understood our needs and was professional. His communication was excellent and I was able to text or phone outside of normal working hours. We had a few hiccups as all house sales do, but honestly without Sam there to support us, I doubt we would have successfully moved at all! Thank you for all your hard work sam!

GoogleWith our property, we've been given an opportunity to view it very early (even before an advert was put online) which finally resulted in an accepted offer after 7 months of being on the market. So the experience of working with KFH itself was good. However, the solicitors recommended by the agency (Beverley Morris & Co) were ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE and UNBELIEVABLY slow. Following that advice was a mistake.
