GoogleI dealt with Jason Gouveia from the beginning and he took care of everything! I found a beautiful flat and he was very helpful and patient from day one. Everyone working in Chislehurst office was very friendly! I would 100% use them again and definitely recommend!

GoogleWe’ve had a brilliant experience dealing with Vanessa at KFH Chislehurst. As first-time buyers, Vanessa’s guidance and support has been invaluable - she has just been excellent, from the initial viewing and the whole way through the purchase process. We exchanged in 6 weeks from our offer being accepted - Vanessa has always been available to liaise with us and the vendor to avoid any delays. I’ll be recommending KFH from now on.

GoogleWe have used KFH letting (Anita who was wonderful) and KFH sales since we have been living in Chislehurst. We sold our house with Tariq from the sales team who was brilliant. He was tenacious, determined and brilliant at (tactfully) hurrying along the various parties involved to complete the sale within our timescales. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone selling their house, agents like these are the reason online listing platforms on their own are not the answer! GoogleThe house we were selling needed some care, attention and upgrading and there were many viewings undertaken over a long period of time. KFH (Vanessa, Charlene) were very understanding and responsive to our situation as this was not an easy sale on many fronts, and they kept us informed of the progress of visitors and the sale itself at all times, even when the legal side of the sale slowed down for whatever reason. It was nice working with KFH under difficult circumstances for us. We were able to secure a fair price for the house based on its location and decorative state.PositiveProfessionalism

GoogleThe friendly, responsive and attentive nature of the team at KFH Chislehurst shone through from our very first contact to arrange a viewing, up until completion. Our main point of contact, Vanessa (Sales Negotiator) was incredibly helpful, informative and resilient throughout the process which encountered the expected and natural complexities of a chain. Nothing was too much trouble for Vanessa and she often managed to arrange additional viewings with very little notice. Ellie (sales branch coordinator), based in the office, was incredibly efficient and clearly explained what was required of us at each stage. As a side note, we also used KFH for our RICS Home Survey and had an equally professional and attentive service from both Samantha and Ashlie.
