GoogleI dealt with Megan when I was looking for a flat to rent in Chislehurst. She was very switched on and got the ball rolling quickly. She and her team are very friendly and have been supportive throughout the renting process, answering all questions a new renter may have. I would 100% use them again and definitely recommend.

GoogleFrom the beginning KFH, in particular Josh, provided a great service and acted in a courteous and professional manner. I was selling my mother-in-law's property in difficult circumstances but the whole process was handled very sympathetically. I don't live at the property but the logistics of not being there and managing viewings, surveyors, etc, was all taken care of. Thoroughly recommend.

GoogleKFH Chislehurst managed the purchase of our new home and the sale of our existing one and did a great job throughout. It wasn’t an easy sale as we took a long time - 6 months in the end - to find a new property after ours went under offer. We viewed a lot with multiple agents and Deana understood what we wanted well as she brought us the house we offered on super early when she got it on her books. The purchase process has moved quickly and Deana and Vanessa with Susan supporting our vendors and were always friendly, responsive and efficient. Thank you for everything!

GoogleI wanted to leave a note of how wonderful the experience was with KFH Chislehurst. My partner and I were looking for our first home together and had been for months. Prior to coming across the team at KFH Chislehurst our experience of agents in other businesses had been very poor. Our first interactions were with Lucy and then with Amy and Anita, all of which were extremely warm, welcoming and professional. It is such a breath of fresh air to encounter a team that genuinely care about their clients and make you feel like the most important person in the room at all times. They couldn't do enough to help us to secure the property and have continued the excellent service and support ever since. Truly exceptional!!!

GoogleI cannot recommend KFH Chislehurst enough. I have a number of properties managed by different agents (due to location) and I can say hand on heart that the one managed by KFH is by far and away the best. The communication is swift and to the point, tenant management is ace. Keep up the good work!

Google5 star service . My sales lady was Deana who was amazing . I couldn’t have asked for a more patient and kind person . She explained everything every step of the way, did the best for us with our house sale and also with our onward purchase which wasn’t even with them as an agent. So she went above and beyond her duties. Not pushy, and honest with the way she marketed our property and very knowledgable and great at relieving my anxiety when any problems arose and dealing with the situation in hand, quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend this estate agents.. we have been left very happy.

GoogleWe were recommended KFH by friends and they didn’t disappoint. Very professional. The viewing day (a Saturday) was stress free and well organised (we went out for the day). By Monday lunchtime we had two offers at the asking price. We exchanged contracts just over six weeks later. Really good communication which ensured the process leading to the exchange of contracts was very smooth. We dealt with several staff in the KFL office and were impressed with all of them. Overall, a first class service and we would thoroughly recommend them.
