GoogleAlthough KFH unfortunately couldn’t find me a property, I must recommend and praise Scott in the lettings team for his hard work and perseverance. Out of all the letting agents in Chislehurst and surrounding, he was the one who worked the hardest in showing me new lettings when they came available. GoogleI’ve had a number of experiences with agencies over the years of which left me with very bad tastes and views of agents. Megan Hickey of this branch has changed that view. Her knowledge and awareness of not just the properties she showed me but the local area was unbelievably professional. Add this in with one of the most amazing customer service experiences I ever have had in my 40 years. Although I didn’t rent a property, I can officially say that Megan has changed what was a very stubborn view of agents, and would 100% refer her to any person that was looking

GoogleAbsolutely first rate service from start to finish on a very protracted and complicated sale. Susan and Deana could not have been more helpful. Super professional and incredibly supportive in getting the sale over the line, which at one stage looked like it would fall tthrough. Cannot rate them highly enough. Really nice people as well.

They were so understanding and provided us with excellent help and guidance. We can't praise them highly enough. Wonderful customer service a welcome change in this selfish world

GoogleI would like to thank and recommend KFH, Chislehurst. If you wish to sell a house in the Bickley or Chislehurst area they have an outstanding knowledge. We completed on our house last week. Susan and Giuseppe found us a buyer and spent many many hours talking and chasing everyone in our chain and I do mean everyone ! buyers, sellers, Solicitors and other estate agents. They held a difficult chain together while staying calm. If you are wondering if traditional estate agents are still needed with the rise of on line estate agents I would say yes for more high end properties. It was money well invested. Margaret Jarvis

GoogleWe just sold our home and moved in to our new one, and I must say KFH were great. Josh Kilby, who handled both the sale and purchase, made everything so easy! He was very communicative and easy to reach, and he liaised with the buyer, the vendor, and our solicitor to move everything along and reach completion as quickly and easily as possible. Thanks for making the whole process so stress-free, and I would definitely recommend KFH to anyone looking to move house!

Google**Stands out from the local crowd of Estate Agents**. There are a number of seemingly credible competition in and around Chislehurst when it comes to buying/selling your house but KFH (and Laura Watson specifically) were / are the most thorough and impressive. Despite having some bad luck and being fairly fussy, Laura stuck with us and actually went out of her way to help us find the right property. The ONLY agent to proactively find us options rather than just "look on the books" which is rare in such a sellers market. Listened and understood why we wanted what we wanted and helped us find that very house. Now moved and very happy! A great experience from start to finish.

GoogleWe went on the market with KFH after a frankly disastrous period tied in with another countrywide estate agent. KFH sold our house - for the full asking price within a week. We have just exchanged after a long, frustrating few months. Our exchange did not run smoothly - the 'chain' although short was full of problems and delays. The only thing that kept us sane was the friendliness, efficiency and professionalism of our KFH agent, Laetitia, who worked tirelessly on our behalf. She kept us up to date with developments through sometimes daily calls and liaised with the rest of the chain regularly. I can't rate her service highly enough.

GoogleThe KFH team at Chislehurst have been fantastic from day one, helping us sell our property in record time, during what appeared to be a slow market post-Brexit referendum. Laetitia, Tara and the rest of the team were incredibly committed and hard working not only organising constant viewings, but also chasing solicitors during the stressful process of exchange of contracts and completion. Nothing was ever a problem and they were happy to put in the extra hours if required. KFH also helped us find a wonderful house to purchase. Thank you all for your hard work and for helping sell our property so swiftly.
