I had a short but truly appalling experience renting a property through JDM. They are unprofessional and irresponsible, putting both mine and my 4 year old daughter’s life at serious risk by renting out a property with major health and safety issues.

GoogleWe were very happy in our current home, but there was a niggling need to see what else was out there on the market. JDM was one of 3 agents that viewed our house when we decided to put it on the market and they listened intently to what we were looking for. We met the entire team, it felt like business from the get go. But at the same time, JDM had a gentle nature that allowed us to feel like there was no rush. Considering we only really wanted to live on 1 or 2 roads in the whole Chislehurst area, and that was a lot to ask, we chose JDM as we had seen that over the space of 6 months they had the best quality houses on the market, for us. It was a gamble, but one that really paid off. Our home was sold in the same weekend. We viewed 2 houses with JDM and purchased the second within a few days of looking - on our dream road. They just knew what we were after, promised that they’d find it, and they did, fast. Lorraine Ray took care of us the whole way through but Stephen, Debbie and Lorraine Gatward also managed concerns when there was a mishap elsewhere in the chain. We felt in safe hands. Thanks JDM, this is our forever home that our baby girl will grow up in. As soon as we saw that garden we knew you’d found us a winner. Wonderful days ahead.

Their team has been excellent, communication has been great, and they have all invariably been very pleasant and professional. The viewings were well organised, we had good feedback from them and before long the property was sold. I recommend them very highly.

GoogleMy main points of contact were Sue and Debbie at Chislehurst JDM. They were excellent from the beginning when Debbie empathised with the emotional need to finally sell my Mother’s home after her death to Sue’s determined pursuit of endless Solicitors and Estate Agents to ensure the sale progressed. They were always there for me and kept me regularly updated. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the Chislehurst Team and will certainly consider using them again.

Only viewed one rental property with the JDM Greenwich office but was highly impressed. E-mail and telephone communications to arrange this viewing went very smoothly indeed. Although the flat did not ultimately match my requirements, special mention should be made of the charming and personable Alex, who was also understanding when I was slightly delayed and very helpful when it came to answering my questions about the rental market. Overall, this company struck me as being a cut above other estate agencies.

GoogleWe used JDM to handle the sale of a deceased relative's home nearby, and from the outset we appreciated the direct, honest communication and prompt attention to detail that was demonstrated throughout the whole process. We found a buyer quickly at a price that we were very satisfied with, despite the complications of probate and the long delays that entailed. I felt I could rely on Kristina and Steven to let me know of any developments or give any advice that might be needed, and the whole process was concluded in a very thorough and professional way.
