GoogleThe team at JDM worked so hard to find a purchaser for my flat in a very difficult market. From marketing through to viewings the service I received was nothing but completely professional. Their communications were clear, concise & timely and any query or request I had was dealt with promptly & efficiently. Everyone in the office was involved in the sale & whenever I called everyone was au fait with the position & able to update me. GoogleFrom the beginning, when Steven did a “spot on” valuation to the completion of a house sale, JDM have been 100% AMAZING, professional, pro active and supportive whilst dealing with a protracted sale due to the shocking inaptitude of some other parties conveyancers in the chain. They are extremely knowledgeable and helpful and I never had a problem getting in touch with either of them. JDM staff were unhelpful throughout our tenancy especially when moving in. The day we arrived to collect the keys at checkin the carpets had only just been cleaned and were wet (the property had been empty for a month) and there was a gentleman cementing the outside steps so we could not get our furniture into the back of the house. Following this we had many issues which were all documented and many not resolved.
We are sorry to hear that your experience of dealing with jdm Lettings has not been to the standard expected. We will look into the points you have raised.

GoogleTook a while to sell my property but it was worth it in the end as I would not be in this particular wonderful home if it had sold earlier so it was meant to be. Was very well supported during the journey. Only reason not 5 stars, is because I felt pressurised in favour of my buyer's wishes when things got difficult regarding a moving date.
