GoogleMilburys did a very good job making sure that the sale was progressing and of keeping me informed of developments. I felt that the house particulars could have given more details about the property, perhaps even more important as there was only the opportunity to view the property once before bids were asked for. Otherwise it has been a positive experience and I found all Milburys staff to be helpful, professional and knowledgeable.

GoogleTina and Leyla have simply been amazing. There are a lot of estate agents in Chipping Sodbury but if you want to line up the right interest in your property - look no further. They were personable and professional (Leyla does indeed have a good eye for photography) and fully vested throughout to steer our sale through. It’s not just about putting up a sale board and getting a market listing but it’s about the negotiation, the guidance to help weigh up the bids, the depth of expertise in the team at Milburys, helping us deal with the chain and different solicitors over several weeks (our sale cycle was fortunately seamless and quick) and lots more. GoogleMy tenant vacated my property mid December and within a few weeks Milburys letting agent had found a new tenant and completed viewing, referencing and tenancy agreement so that the new tenant was able to move in mid January. An excellent service considering we are in the middle of lockdown and had Christmas and New Year holidays in between. I can highly recommend this company for both property sales and letting as I have used both facilities. Isabel Campbell

GoogleWe have recently exchanged on the sale of our home. The whole team at Milburys have been brilliant. They are approachable and helpful. They were excellent in explaining and managing the process; undertaking the viewings, providing timely and accurate updates and solving the odd small niggles that inevitably occur. We’ve had a long time between sale and exchange and onward for the sale so they have needed to wait for their fee but again we have not been forgotten. Milbury’s would be my first choice if I were selling / buying again.
