We ended up with a number of offers at a range of values and Paul was great at taking us through them out of hours to understand which was the best (not simply about the amount). One of the solicitors in the chain caused a lot of unnecessary stress but Tina's communication was amazing, keeping us informed and moving things along. We used Milburys to sell out home in chipping sodbury and they came across with the perfect mix of professional and realistic in their approach to selling our property. Situated on the high street every member of staff we liaised with seemed to have a good knowledge of houses in this area. As anyone will tell you selling a house can be stressful and complicated It felt as though their focus was to make it easier and more transparent than pressure you to choose them which immediately sat well with my partner and myself! This was reflected in their communication for both questions and answers and of course advice during selling and buying! Not planning on moving anytime soon for sure 😂 but if we were... If Carlsburg did Estate Agents..........! We gave Milbury's quite a challenge with a very quirky house to sell that hadn't been on the market for over 40 years and they did it!! The service they provided was phenomenal, right from the initial visit through to completion 5 months later. All of the team were totally professional, incredibly helpful and very patient with our 85yr old Mum - guiding her sensitively through the process. Having bought and sold a few houses over the years, I would definitely say that Milbury's were the best estate agents I've dealt with and I would highly recommend their services.
