GoogleMore professional than the solicitors! Nice people. They kept me informed throughout a prolonged period while one party was holding up the sale. When a member of staff was away, someone else took over. No grounds for even the slightest complaint! We used them 8 years ago and would use them again: well recommended. Full marks on every front.

GoogleMilburys was our seller's agent and we had a bumpy ride buying. We were mainly let down by Milburys because they told us our seller was proceedable and we could move within 8-12 weeks as I was 2 months pregnant. We ended up having to wait for the sellers to get probate which took 6 months. The team were really kind when we went to pick up the keys but after 6 months of stress was a bit too late.
