We cannot rate Milburys highly enough. We bought our property through them and never felt like we were the "other" party. We had had some terrible experiences with other seller's estate agents but Milburys are different! From the very first phone call they were professional, approachable and extremely quick to respond. Tina was our main contact and she was absolutely amazing. Our purchase did not go smoothly and our chain fell apart but Tina's smooth negotiations and communication enabled us to get there in the end. Should we ever wish to sell the property we bought through Milburys in the future we know exactly where we will be heading. Cannot thank Milburys enough for the support and sheer professionalism throughout. Do not hesitate if you are considering using Millburys to sell your property they really are awesome.

We were really impressed with Milburys, particularly Tina who we mainly dealt with once we'd had our offer accepted. The whole team were brilliant early on with good photos and description and we sold in a couple of weeks - the negotiation was understandably stressful but they helped guide us. During the rest of the process, Tina and her colleagues were accessible, proactive in communication and supportive throughout and were happy to field our questions and deal with our frustrations. We really appreciate how this impacted on our move and how it made us feel. We will definitely be recommending Milburys to friends in the area when they come to move.

I have recently been going through the process of renting a property with Milburys. I dealt with Jude personally, throughout the whole process from viewing - referencing (yet to collect the keys) Jude has been absolutely amazing. She is extremely helpful and made the whole process a walk in the park. She is very speedy when it comes to communication (email) and if I were to ever ring the branch and Jude wasn’t available the other team members are very helpful but I would always get a call back from Jude within an hour. If you’re looking to rent a property I would definitely keep an eye out if there’s any properties available with Milburys as they are such a lovely agency to work with. Given my previous experience with estate agents Milburys is definitely the best I have dealt with. I am so glad that I had a lady like Jude to help me get things in place! Thanks so much!

After this she was open and honest about the process that would follow which allowed us to consider what our next steps would be.
