The whole Milburys team have been excellent throughout; professional, responsive, proactive and insightful on the local market which really helped our sale and purchase. A special mention for Tina who has been our key contact from valuation to completion. Nothing was too much trouble and Tina also helped with several chasers between solicitors in the chain to keep things moving. We are really impressed with Milburys and would use them again without hesitation.

GoogleFound the sales staff really helpful and friendly (Paula and Lawrence) but the Manager, Paul, was a bit of an idiot. He managed to put us off one purchase by making silly jokes whenever we asked a question to avoid admitting he didn't know and, when they claim to be all-encompassing in their knowledge and have previously sold houses on the same street, they 'forgot' to tell us about some deal-breakers we'd been very open about as buyers days before exchange. We won't even look at properties they act as agents for any more - not worth my time, patience or money. It seems to me that Paul's ego is put before business and is best avoided if you can.
