GoogleWhen trying to find a place to rent within the Chippenham area, we were recommended to use Allen & Harris. We found their staff very friendly. Vicky showed us to a few properties and understood our needs more than we did, she was very knowledgeable about the area and properties they had to offer. We haven't found the perfect place to rent yet, but Vicky has been very diligent and reliable and we would recommend her services if you're looking in this area. Thank you !!

GoogleWe could not recommend Anthony to anybody enough, he was the perfect person to have supporting us through purchasing our property. His professionalism is second to one and he was always tentative and quick responding to all of our queries even during his weekends and evenings. His knowledge was impeccable and always found the answer to all of our questions if he didn't know himself. He was always polite, friendly and very energetic which was the motivation you need when going through the stressful times. An added bonus was that he was also interested in the future progress of our property. We look forward to working with Anthony again in the near future.

GoogleAllen & Harris/Sequence have looked after our property for the last 26 years and both we and our tenants have been extremely happy with the way everything has been handled, from tenant selection and monitoring, lease preparation, accounts etc. We would single out especially Rachel Harris who for some time now has been in charge of Property Co-ordination and has promptly and efficiently seen to repairs and maintenance and any other issues that may have arisen. We are confident, therefore, that our investment is being well looked after and remains compliant with all our legal obligations. Maximum stars to Rachel. GoogleI have just completed on the sale of our house, the process had its ups and downs, but I have been consistently grateful for the team at Allen & Harris, Chippenham. They are all a charming bunch! Benjamin Wickens gets a special round of applause for being so impeccably reliable as the negotiator between not only the solicitors, but also between us and the buyers. It was always a relief to speak to Ben as he seemed to have sight of the entire process, he was constantly reassuring, he would chase things and he never failed to report back with a phone call. So thank you Ben for your professionalism!

GoogleI was really pleased with how quickly Allen & Harris managed to sell our home, especially with the market being quite difficult at the moment, Kate & Ben did the viewings on my house and were really good, giving us feedback as soon as they could, I had weekly updates, Kate is the manager, and she even decided to make my property Managers Choice, which I was totally overwhelmed by. Damien was really friendly and easy to talk to and did an amazing job on my property details and my property even made an appearance on their Instagram page. Anthony the mortgage advisor did our mortgage, we could have gone directly to our bank but, Anthony took all the hassle away and did it all for us which meant we did not need to worry that we had done something wrong! Our mortgage offer for our next property was out within the week, which was great as our own bank could not see us for two weeks! All in all a brilliant service I would highly recommend the team at Chippenham great job guys thank you

GoogleAllen and Harris are useless. I have waited a week to get a call back on a property we really wanted to buy. I left loads of voice messages, left messages with colleagues, emailed about the property trough their website and NEVER got a response. So I went into their office today - they denied I had ever called or emailed and the property we wanted to buy was sold STC. I stormed out in disgust.
Hello, thank you for taking the time to leave a review of your experience with us. We're very sorry to see that there were issues. We take all of the feedback that we receive very seriously and will relay your views over to the branch for them to be aware of and assess in the future. Thank you again for your feedback. Best Regards

GoogleI must say that Anthony Codner, as my mortgage advisor, has gone above and beyond. From day one to completion, he's always been there, offering valuable comments, very professional and friendly service, it's been a pleasure having him on my side of the house purchase. I count on him for when the remortgage time comes around.
Thanks for the wonderful 5* review and your kind words! Best wishes, Lucy, Customer Relations.

GoogleAnthony Codner is a true master of his profession. Anthony is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and friendly and will guide you through the minefield that is mortgages. I could not recommend him highly enough.

GoogleWe've been dealing with both Gemma Crook and Anthony Codner and I'm not sure we would have been confident enough to go ahead with anything with out their help! Anthony's advice and patience with us has been brilliant and his absolute willingness to any answer any question at any time - even a quick message letting us know our remortgage had been successful while he was on leave - has been invaluable. Gemma has also been the same, always willing to answer questions and the times she has visited us at home she has been an absolute delight. She has been so understanding about how big a decision it is to consider selling your house and has given us some great pointers about what to do when we start looking for a new home. Big thanks to the both of them.

GoogleLovely, professional estate agents but above all they have an absolute gem of a mortgage advisor. Anthony has helped us navigate the bizarre world of the housing market for the past year. He honestly went above and beyond anything we ever expected from a mortgage advisor. Whether it was in person, over the phone, email or voice notes, he was always there to answer any of our questions. Not once did we ever question whether he was working in our best interest or if we could find cheaper/better deals anywhere else. Genuinely one of the nicest, hard working, honest people we've met in a long time and very grateful for all his help! 11/10 👌👌
