GoogleWe had a good experience with Allen & Harris in Chippenham. Reuben especially was great from start to finish, he showed us around the flat, answered all my questions promptly over email, and went out of his way to assist with our move-in while we were away. He’s also been really helpful in getting a few things sorted in the flat since. Excellent service and communication throughout, thank you, Reuben!

GoogleI have once again let my property in Chippenham through Allen & Harris (Chippenham Branch) and, yet again, what an excellent experience it was working with them. I mainly dealt with Brittany and Lucy, who initially came out and viewed the property and advised on amount of rent and work required to bring the property up to that standard. They arranged for contractors to attend the property to complete the suggested tasks. They quickly found prospective tenants and discussed them with me to help to choose the new tenants for my property. They kept me in the loop through references etc... and were always available for discussions and to provide sound advice. I found the whole team extremely professional and courteous throughout. I will definitely use them again when the need arises!

GoogleWe have nothing to do with allan and harris in general but had issues with the maintenance team who work with the downstairs flat. Both Jess and Britt, despite it not being their area were incredibly supportive and helpful (even during annual leave) in getting my neurodivergent daughter the closure she needed after being massively disregulated by the central maintenance team. You are both a credit to the brand and thank you we are hopeful we will finally get some sleep tonight now she will go back into her bedroom after we got our letter of apology from the Central team. This wouldn't of been possible with out you guys. So a massive thank you.

GoogleMyself and my partner were new to Chippenham and looking to rent a property. Lucy helped us find a lovely home, which we are now in. However the process to get us moved in was not made stress free. The contract for the house was not given to us until 2 days before the proposed (not yet confirmed!) move in date. Considering we were both moving our lives and jobs to a new area we needed more notice of contract and earlier confirmation of a move in date, we did not feel this was appreciated by the agency. We moved on 5th of the month and when we understandably asked for more information in the week leading up to ‘move in date’, that we had not yet received we were told that they had only just finished the previous month of tenants and that we had to wait. For us this was unprofessional, stressful and not considerate of our moving process.

GoogleHi, my partner and I were in such a hurry to get our new place sorted that I think it was our second viewing that we applied on the spot with the lovely Lucy who with no hesitation answered all the questions I had and any advice going into a new tenancy being our first time she was right there to guide us through every step back an forth to get us moved in asap witch only took about a week from the viewing date witch was perfect for us. Everybody we dealt with from the Allen and Harris team Lucy also Britney always on the other end of the phone helping with the process great communication from both of you so thankyou so much! GoogleWe are currently listed with Allen & Harris having previously purchased our home through them and had excellent service from Michelle as an agent and Anthony on the mortgage side, is worth his weight in gold. But I am giving this review due to the excellent knowledge of our property that Kate showed and that she had talked with her colleagues about our property and benefits in the local area. As well as being welling to go the extra mile to ensure our kittens were safe during viewings. I’m sure we will sell and feel we are having an excellent service provided.
