WOW! What can we say! Selling our house with Allen and Harris Chippenham was the best! If you want to make it happen for you ask their advice and then 'do it'. We asked Michelle to be brutally honest about anything we had gone 'house blind' on that didn't show our home in it's best light. Michelle, came out again on a monthly basis just to help keep us on track. It was like having our own Sarah Beeny!! Our house went on the market on Monday, 1st offer that day then accepted the 2nd offer on the 3rd day. We also can't speak highly enough of the office staff who were always patient with my many multiple enquires as a 1st time seller.

We cannot recommend our mortgage advisor, Anthony enough. He was absolutely flawless from start to finish. We had a particularly stressful time with moving which was out of our control, (2 years long!) and he had our back throughout the entire process, offering professional advice and positivity along the way. His knowledge and expertise is 5 stars. He really helped us get to where we are today - thank you so much Anthony. We have recommended him to all our friends and family as we wouldn't have anyone else. See you in 5 years!

The team at Chippenham were so helpful during our recent home purchase through them. Michelle Hallas communicated effectively with us and ensured that communication with the buyer was used effectively to keep the sale process moving. Callum was patient when we needed time to talk and think when visiting our new home to be. He answered questions effectively and took queries away getting them answered for us. Callum was happy to book in tradesmen for a visit to the sale property for us to obtain quotes as we progressed through the sale. With a renting resident also in situ, Callum also liaised with them to ensure access was managed positively. He had a super sunny and friendly disposition too when showing us around. TL;DR: Extremely disappointing experience. The agent was unprofessional and dismissive. I am filing complaints with their head office. Avoid using this service if you want a smooth moving experience. Full Review: I used Allan&Harris previously in the north and had a good experience, so I chose them again. Reuben very quickly secured a flat and that part was all good. Unfortunately, things quickly went downhill after that. The property was not ready or properly cleaned at the start of the tenancy. Despite offering flexibility on the tenancy start date, I was only informed that the flat wasn’t ready after payment had been made. When I drop by the property a few days after tenancy started, the property was unclean, and while the issues were acknowledged, the cleaning service was clearly inadequate. I had to email 4, 5 times just to get the same area eventually cleaned. Upon officially moving in, I found additional issues, (some of them are in below pictures) including uncleaned fan, dead spiders and mould, yet I was told to get a cleaner and pay for it myself. Even worse, Brittney’s handling of the situation was dismissive and unprofessional. My concerns were downplayed, and responsibility for the unclean state was shifted onto me. They also left the radiators on between tenants, which added unnecessary complications. And they were so certain professional cleaning had been conducted. Overall, this experience was stressful and frustrating. I cannot recommend this agency based on my experience.

Although my initial visit was with an agent that didn't have much knowledge of the property, I was then one of Michelle's clients and she was on it.
