Michelle and Nicole provided outstanding service during a complex and challenging sale of our parents' house. The property faced external market challenges due to future local developments, meaning a standard sale proved tricky. However, Michelle and Nicole were brilliant. They handled many viewings and an open house morning with great professionalism, always keeping us updated and staying positive when we kept getting the same feedback from buyers. When we made the decision to change our selling strategy, they helped us navigate the transition to a traditional auction via Fox and Sons (the auction section of Allen and Harris). We received excellent communication from Michelle & Nicole throughout the entire selling process. Furthermore, when we encountered a difficulty from the buyer which delayed the completion and brought lots of additional concerns and stress Michelle went over and above to keep all lines of communication open and we are incredibly grateful for that . They are a great team .

Cannot fault this estate agency at all. I've had nothing but an excellent experience while renting with them. Brittany and Reuben were super attentive and extremely helpful throughout the entire process and Jessica was an absolute dream as our lettings agent. All correspondents were quick and informative and nothing was too much for them! They were more than happy to answer all of the questions we had as first time renters which was extremely helpful for us. Jessica helped us throughout the entire process from viewing the property to getting the keys and there was nothing I would change about the whole process. Renting with Allen and Harris was a breeze!!! Everything was so smooth, professional and extremely efficient. We were in our new property in less than a week with everything taken care of to the smallest detail. No grey areas, no chasing for paperwork, no endless email trails to get matters sorted. Such a friendly, professional and kind team. From our first viewing, we had a great experience with Nichole, who helped us with so much extra information about the house and the local area. The team in the office had great communication throughout, always replying to emails quickly and keeping us updated on our purchase.
