GoogleWe wanted the keys to our new flat before we allowed viewings to start in our current property so it allowed us a safe space during covid pandemic to feel safer, my girlfriend is also 9 months pregnant and due to give birth and we explained to the estate agent she refused to comprise told us she had 50 people waiting and needed an hour to show them all round, so with my pregnant girlfriend who is Also disabled meaning she is high risk and if she contracts the virus it's worse for her than an average adult her age, the estate agent wanted to show 50 people around my house while I have a heavily pregnant woman in the building. When I said this we was told by her then in a very rude and confrontational way that covid isn't an issue most people have had second jabs she needs to get in so she can do her job. She had been given no instruction to be doing this or pushing herself into our home while a pandemic is still ongoing, not happy atall with the service and this was in office in front of the rest of the staff so seems nobody had issues with this happening, checked on gov website and says we should have been offered choice of video viewing but nope she wanted ppl viewing and her pocket filled for the commission, why worry about a woman's baby and health when I can make money seemed her attitude.NegativeProfessionalism

GoogleFantastic service as always from Anthony at Allen and Harris. He ensured we were thoroughly informed and updated throughout the process of buying our new house. He went above and beyond to ensure he submitted our application before the mortgage rates increased further so we got the best deal. He is professional and friendly and we wouldn’t go anywhere else for our mortgage needs.

GoogleI have recently let a property through Allen and Harris and I can say that they're service was first class, especially during these times. Matt, the letting manager, was very helpful every time I spoke with him, answering my queries and never rushed me even if he was the only one working in the branch. Also, Kerry after taking over from Matt when she returned, was very friendly when dealing with us. Moreover, all process was done online which made it very fast, no paperwork and very convenient during these times.

GoogleHave to give a huge shout-out to Anthony Codner who was my mortgage broker during the flat purchase. Unfortunately, the actual buying process was a stressful ordeal that lasted a very long time, but Anthony guided me throughout with helpful advice, going above and beyond to put me at ease and guide me along. I look forward to catching up with him again soon, with hopes of moving up the property ladder.

Most importantly he made us feel very relaxed and did not “try” or push a sale, knowing that it is one of the most important choices in our life and that we are taking it slowly and seriously. Anthony assisted us along every step and couldn't have been more helpful. We would often email him out of hours and he would reply instantly, giving us the answer to our numerous questions. He really made our life easier during this process of buying our first home. Like most cases, we also had our ups and downs but in the end we completed our purchased successfully and Anthony has a big part to play in this! We highly recommend using Anthony as your mortgage advisor, he is very helpful; knowledgeable and friendly. Our minds are at easy knowing that we can work with him again in a couple years time.

GoogleAnthony Codner (mortgage advisor) was absolutely brilliant, very professional and willing to answer any of our questions at any time (even whilst on holidays!). It really made our life easier during this scary process of buying our first property, we had our ups and downs but in the end we completed our purchased successfully. We highly recommend using Allen & Harris as your mortgage advisor, they are very transparent and really make the whole experience more personal and easy to understand.
